Claims (20)
- 表示領域と、周辺領域とを有する表示基板であって、
前記周辺領域内に位置する前記表示基板は、
フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に位置する第1の絶縁層と、
前記第1の絶縁層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に位置し、複数の第1の信号線を備える第1の信号線層と、
前記第1の信号線層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に位置する第2の絶縁層と、を備え、
前記表示基板は、前記複数の第1の信号線のそれぞれを貫通して前記第1の絶縁層の第1の表面を露出させる複数の第1のビアを有し、
前記第2の絶縁層は、前記複数の第1のビアを貫通して前記第1の絶縁層の前記第1の表面と直接接する、表示基板。 - 前記周辺領域内に位置する前記表示基板は、
前記第2の絶縁層の前記第1の絶縁層から離れた側に位置し、複数の第2の信号線を備える第2の信号線層と、
前記第2の信号線層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に位置する第3の絶縁層と、をさらに備え、
前記表示基板は、前記複数の第2の信号線のそれぞれを貫通して前記第2の絶縁層の第2の表面を露出させる複数の第2のビアを有し、
前記第3の絶縁層は、前記複数の第2のビアを貫通して前記第2の絶縁層の前記第2の表面と直接接する、請求項1に記載の表示基板。 - 前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第1の信号線それぞれの正射影は、前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第2の信号線の正射影と実質的に重ならず、
前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第2の信号線それぞれの正射影は、前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第1の信号線の正射影と実質的に重ならない、請求項2に記載の表示基板。 - 前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第1の信号線の正射影と、前記フレキシブル基板上の前記複数の第2の信号線の正射影とが交互に配置される、請求項3に記載の表示基板。
- 前記複数の第1の信号線及び前記複数の第2の信号線は、前記表示領域から前記周辺領域の方向に沿って延在する、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。
- 前記複数の第1の信号線のそれぞれ及び前記複数の第2の信号線のそれぞれは、前記表示基板の平面視において曲線形状を有する、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。
- 前記曲線形状は波形である、請求項6に記載の表示基板。
- 前記複数の第1の信号線それぞれの延在方向に垂直な断面に沿った前記複数の第1の信号線それぞれの第1の幅は実質的に等しく、
前記複数の第2の信号線それぞれの延在方向に垂直な断面に沿った複数の第2の信号線それぞれの第2の幅は実質的に等しい、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記複数の第1の信号線のそれぞれを貫通する前記複数の第1のビアそれぞれの中間点から、前記複数の第1の信号線それぞれの幅を横切る前記複数の第1の信号線それぞれの2つの対向する縁部までは実質的に等距離であり、
前記複数の第2の信号線のそれぞれを貫通する前記複数の第2のビアそれぞれの中間点から、前記複数の第2の信号線それぞれの幅を横切る前記複数の第2の信号線それぞれの2つの対向する縁部までは実質的に等距離である、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記複数の第1のビアのそれぞれが、前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に第1の直径を、前記フレキシブル基板に近い側に第2の直径を有し、前記第1の直径は前記第2の直径より大きく、
前記複数の第2のビアのそれぞれが、前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に第3の直径を、前記フレキシブル基板に近い側に第4の直径を有し、前記第3の直径は前記第4の直径より大きい、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記複数の第1のビアはそれぞれ円錐台形状であり、前記複数の第2のビアはそれぞれ円錐台形状である、請求項10に記載の表示基板。
- 前記複数の第1のビアそれぞれの側面と前記フレキシブル基板との間の第1の内角は、15度から85度の範囲にあり、
前記複数の第2のビアそれぞれの側面と前記フレキシブル基板との間の第2の内角は、15度から85度の範囲にある、請求項11に記載の表示基板。 - 前記複数の第1のビアそれぞれの中へ延在する前記第2の絶縁層の第1の部分が、前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に第1の直径を、前記フレキシブル基板に近い側に第2の直径を有し、前記第1の直径は前記第2の直径より大きく、
前記複数の第2のビアそれぞれの中へ延在する前記第3の絶縁層の第2の部分が、前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に第3の直径を、前記フレキシブル基板に近い側に第4の直径を有し、前記第3の直径は前記第4の直径より大きい、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記複数の第1のビアそれぞれの中へ延在する前記第2の絶縁層の第1の部分が、前記複数の第1のビアそれぞれの側面に沿って前記複数の第1の信号線のそれぞれと直接接し、
前記複数の第2のビアそれぞれの中へ延在する前記第3の絶縁層の第2の部分が、前記複数の第2のビアそれぞれの側面に沿って前記複数の第2の信号線のそれぞれと直接接する、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記表示領域内に、前記表示基板の画像表示を駆動する複数の薄膜トランジスタをさらに備え、
前記周辺領域はファンアウト領域を備え、
前記周辺領域の少なくとも一部は折り曲げ可能領域であり、
前記折り曲げ可能領域は前記ファンアウト領域内に位置する、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板。 - 前記ファンアウト領域は、前記表示領域と、接続端子をボンディングするボンディング領域との間に位置する、請求項15に記載の表示基板。
- 前記周辺領域の少なくとも一部は折り曲げ可能領域であり、
前記折り曲げ可能領域内に位置する前記表示基板は、
前記フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に位置する前記第1の絶縁層と、
前記第1の絶縁層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に位置し、前記複数の第1の信号線を備える前記第1の信号線層と、

- 表示領域と、周辺領域とを有する表示基板の製造方法であって、
前記周辺領域において、
フレキシブル基板上に第1の絶縁層を形成することと、
前記第1の絶縁層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に、複数の第1の信号線を備えるように形成される第1の信号線層を形成することと、
前記複数の第1の信号線のそれぞれを貫通して前記第1の絶縁層の第1の表面を露出させる複数の第1のビアを形成することと、
前記第1の信号線層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に、前記複数の第1のビアを貫通して前記第1の絶縁層の前記第1の表面と直接接するように形成される第2の絶縁層を形成することと、を含む、表示基板の製造方法。 - 前記周辺領域において、
前記第2の絶縁層の前記第1の絶縁層から離れた側に、複数の第2の信号線を備えるように形成される第2の信号線層を形成することと、
前記複数の第2の信号線のそれぞれを貫通して前記第2の絶縁層の第2の表面を露出させる複数の第2のビアを形成することと、
前記第2の信号線層の前記フレキシブル基板から離れた側に、前記複数の第2のビアを貫通して前記第2の絶縁層の前記第2の表面と直接接するように形成される第3の絶縁層を形成することと、を含む、請求項19に記載の表示基板の製造方法。
