Claims (10)
- 自動車(KFZ)の周囲における少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を検出するシステムであって、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)をクラス分類するための少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)を有し、少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)のクラス分け能力が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさに依存し、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を認識するための少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)を有し、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させるための少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を有し、
-少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を認識し且つ少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)をクラス分けできないときに、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を用いて少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させるように構成されている
システム。 - 少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させた後に、少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを減少させるように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)はカメラである請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)は、レーダーセンサおよび/またはライダーセンサである請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)は、少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)のクラス分類には適していない請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)は、自動車(KFZ)のハイビームであり、ハイビーム(A)を作動させて少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させるように構成されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)は、指向したライトビームを投射するように構成され、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を用いて少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させるためにライトビームを少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)に向けるように構成されている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを、少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の空間的な位置にも依存させながら、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を用いて増加させるように構成されている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステムであって、少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを、自動車(KFZ)の空間的な位置にも依存させながら、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を用いて増加させるように構成されている
システム。 - 自動車(KFZ)の周囲における少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を検出する方法であって、
-前記自動車は、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)をクラス分類するための少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)を有し、少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)のクラス分け能力が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさに依存し、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を認識するための少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)を有し、
-少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させるための少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を有し、
-以下の、
-少なくとも一つの第二のセンサ(S2)が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)を認識し且つ少なくとも一つの第一のセンサ(S1)が少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)をクラス分けできないときに、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(A)を用いて少なくとも一つのオブジェクト(O1,O2,O3)の明るさを増加させる
