Abstract
Description

Claims (17)
- 第1の構成要素と第2の構成要素との間の接合部を封止するための接合部封止テープ(1)であって、細長い接続要素(2)と、互いに隣接して離間されるように、かつ前記接続要素の長手方向に延在するように、前記接続要素(2)に位置する、少なくとも2つの封止要素(3a、3b)と、を含み、前記封止要素(3a、3b)および前記接続要素(2)が、一体として、連続気泡緩燃性発泡体からなり、かつプラスチックフィルム(4)で包まれている接合部封止テープ(1)において、
各封止要素(3a、3b)の下側の前記プラスチックフィルム(4)に少なくとも1つの開口部(5)がある
ことを特徴とする接合部封止テープ。 - 前記接続要素(2)はパーフォレーション(P)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記封止要素(3a、3b)は前記接続要素(2)の外縁に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記封止要素(3a、3b)は、少なくとも前記接続要素(2)の外周の一部にわたって、前記接続要素(2)に堅固に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記封止要素(3a、3b)は、丸い外形、楕円形外形、または丸い角を有する長方形外形を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記連続気泡緩燃性発泡体は膨張性ポリウレタン材料からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記封止要素(3a、3b)および前記接続要素(2)は連続気泡膨張性ポリウレタン材料からなり、かつポリエチレンフィルム(4)で完全に包まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記接続要素(2)は少なくとも1つの拡大要素(6)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記拡大要素はループの形態である、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記拡大要素は、変形可能材料、プラスチックフィルム、織布、不織布など、好ましくはプラスチックフィルムからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部(5)は1~10mmの範囲の直径を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 複数の開口部(5)は、各封止要素(3a、3b)の前記下側に、互いから10~80mmの範囲の距離で配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部(5)は穴またはスリットである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 前記封止要素(3a、3b)への前記接続要素(2)の2つの接触点の間にある支持領域は、約30mm~約300mmの範囲、好ましくは約50~250mmの範囲、より好ましくは約90~155mmの範囲の幅を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ。
- 少なくとも第1の構成要素(7)と、第2の構成要素(9)と、請求項1から14のいずれか1つに記載の接合部封止テープ(1)と、を含む、2つの隣接する構成要素の間の接合部を封止するための封止構成であって、
前記封止要素(3a、3b)は、前記接合部の上部領域に位置し、好ましくは前記第1の構成要素(7)に位置し、かつ前記接合部を外部から封止するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、封止構成。 - 前記封止要素(3a)および(3b)は前記第1の構成要素(7)に横方向に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の封止構成。
- 前記第1の構成要素(7)は、乾式壁のフレーム外形であり、前記第2の構成要素(9)は、建物の壁、天井、または床であり、好ましくは天井である、ことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の封止構成。
