Abstract
Description
以下、図面及び実施例を合わせて、本発明をさらに説明する。
(1)厚さが1.6mmの第1ガラス板11と厚さが0.85mmの第2ガラス板12を提供し、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12は、平板状のガラスオリジナルピースであり、前記ガラスオリジナルピースは、フロートガラスである。第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)厚さが2.2mmの第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12を提供し、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12は、平板状のガラスオリジナルピースであり、前記ガラスオリジナルピースは、フロートガラスである。第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)フロートガラスとする平板状のガラスオリジナルピースによりそれぞれ形成され、且つ厚さが1.3mmの第1ガラス板11と厚さが0.7mmの第2ガラス板12とを提供して、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)フロートガラスとする平板状のガラスオリジナルピースによりそれぞれ形成され、且つ厚さが2.2mmの第1ガラス板11と厚さが0.1mmの第2ガラス板12とを提供して、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)フロートガラスとする平板状のガラスオリジナルピースによりそれぞれ形成され、且つ厚さがそれぞれ1.6mmである第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを提供する。第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。このステップにおいて、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12の厚さ、サイズ及びエッジング、クリーニング等は、実施例1と同じである。
(1)フロートガラスとする平板状のガラスオリジナルピースによりそれぞれ形成され、且つ厚さがそれぞれ1.6mmである第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを提供して、第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板12とを、それぞれ必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)平板状のガラスオリジナルピースからなり、且つ厚さが1.6mmである第1ガラス板11と、予備部材12と、を提供する。本実施形態では、前記予備部材は、双曲面ガラスであり、前記ガラスオリジナルピースは、フロートガラスである。第1ガラス板11を必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。
(1)フラット太陽光発電エンボスガラスからなり、且つ厚さが1.6mmである第1ガラス板11と、湾曲した金属板からなる予備部材12と、を提供し、前記第1ガラス板11を必要なサイズにカットし、且つエッジング、クリーニング等の処理を行う。前記金属板の材質としては、アルミニウム合金であるのが好ましいが、ステンレス鋼などの他の材料であっても良い。

Claims (10)
- サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法であって、
前記サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスは、第1ガラス板、第2ガラス板、及び前記第1ガラス板と前記第2ガラスとの間に設けられる接着剤層を含み、前記第1ガラス板または前記第2ガラス板の厚さは、0.1mm〜2.2mmであり、前記サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法は、
厚さが0.1mm〜2.2mmである平板状の第1ガラス板及び第2ガラス板を提供するステップ(1)と、
前記第1ガラス板と第2ガラス板に対して表面前置内圧処理を行い、処理された後の前記第1ガラス板と前記第2ガラス板とを平板状にし、且つ前記第1ガラス板または前記第2ガラス板の表面応力を10MPa〜1000MPaにさせるステップ(2)と、
低温成形処理し、前記接着剤層を提供し、前記サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスを取得するように、ステップ(2)により処理された後の第1ガラス板、前記接着剤層、及びステップ(2)により処理された後の第2ガラス板を順次に積層した後に、低温プレス成形を行うステップ(3)と、
を含むことを特徴とするサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(2)により処理された後の前記第1ガラス板または前記第2ガラス板の表面応力は20MPa〜900MPaであり、且つ前記第1ガラス板または前記第2ガラス板の平坦度は5%より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(3)は、真空度が≦50Paの真空条件下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスは、双曲面ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造。
- 前記低温プレス成形処理は、冷間プレス設備において行われ、前記冷間プレス設備は、前記第1ガラス板を曲面形状に成形するための第1金型と、前記第2ガラス板を曲面形状に成形するための第2金型と、を備えており、前記第1金型または前記第2金型の加熱温度は、80℃〜380℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1金型及び前記第2金型の少なくとも一方が、前記第1ガラス板または前記第2ガラス板を加熱することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板が前記第1金型の凹面に密着するように前記第1金型で前記第1ガラス板を加圧し、前記第2ガラス板が前記第2金型の凸面に密着するように前記第2金型で前記第2ガラス板を加圧することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1金型が前記第1ガラス板に加えた圧力、または前記第2金型が前記第2ガラス板に加えた圧力は、10〜100kPaであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記サンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの最大曲げ深さは、180mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤層の材料は、PVB、SGP、POEまたはPOのようなホットメルト接着剤により作成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造の曲面ガラスの製造方法。
