Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本発明に係る第1の実施形態において、ポリエステル材料1と、ポリエステル材料1に均一に分散する抗菌複合体2とを含む、透明抗菌フィルムZを提供する。
図2に示すように、本発明は、ナノ粉体及び抗菌前駆体を焼結することにより、前記抗菌複合体を得ること(ステップS1)と、ポリエステル材料と抗菌複合体とを混合することにより、抗菌マスターバッチを製造すること(ステップS2)と、前記抗菌マスターバッチを用いて透明抗菌フィルムを形成すること(ステップS3)と、を少なくとも含む、透明抗菌フィルムの製造方法を提供する。
本発明に係る透明抗菌フィルムが、抗菌効果を有することを証明するために、上述した透明抗菌フィルムの製造方法に基づいて実施例1~3に係る透明抗菌フィルムを製造し、また、比較例1として抗菌剤を含まない透明フィルムを製造したと共に、比較例2として抗菌剤を含むものの抗菌複合体の屈折率が1.66より高い透明抗菌フィルムを製造した。実施例1~3及び比較例2の透明抗菌フィルムの成分は、表1に示す通りである。
図3に示すように、本発明に係る透明抗菌フィルムZは、基材9の両面にそれぞれ透明抗菌フィルムZが設置されるように、基材9に積層されることにより、透明抗菌基材Yが形成されることができる。それによって、基材9にも抗菌及び防カビ効果を与える。透明抗菌フィルムZは、上述と類似するポリエステル1及び抗菌複合体2を含むので、ここでその説明を省略する。
本発明の有利な効果として、本発明に係る透明抗菌フィルム及びその製造方法は、「前記抗菌複合体は、前記ポリエステル材料に分散する」及び「前記抗菌複合体の屈折率が1.46~1.66である」といった技術特徴により、透明抗菌フィルムは、抗菌効果及び本来の光学特性を両立することができる。

Claims (10)
- ポリエステル材料と、
前記ポリエステル材料に分散する抗菌複合体と、を含み、
前記抗菌複合体の屈折率が1.46~1.66である、透明抗菌フィルム。 - 前記抗菌複合体の粒子径は、50~400nmである、請求項1に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- 前記透明抗菌フィルムの総重量を100重量%として、前記抗菌複合体の含有量は、0.1~2重量%である、請求項1に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- 前記抗菌複合体は、ナノ粉体と無機抗菌剤である抗菌剤とを含む、請求項1に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- 前記ナノ粉体は、ケイ酸ナトリウム、アルミノケイ酸ナトリウム、アルミノケイ酸カルシウム及びリン酸アルミニウムからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- 前記抗菌剤は、銀、亜鉛、銅及びチタンの中の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項4に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- 前記抗菌複合体の重量を100重量%として、前記抗菌剤において、銀の含有量は0~10重量%であり、亜鉛の含有量は0~50重量%であり、銅の含有量は0~30重量%であり、且つチタンの含有量は0~10重量%である、請求項6に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- ヘイズ値が2.2%以下であり、光透過率が88%以上であり、屈折率が1.5~1.9である、請求項1に記載の透明抗菌フィルム。
- ポリエステル材料と抗菌複合体とを混合することにより、抗菌マスターバッチを製造することと、
前記抗菌マスターバッチを用いて透明抗菌フィルムを形成すること、を含み、
前記抗菌複合体の屈折率が1.46~1.66である、透明抗菌フィルムの製造方法。 - ナノ粉体及び抗菌前駆体を焼結することにより、前記抗菌複合体を得ることを更に含み、
前記抗菌複合体は、前記ナノ粉体と、前記抗菌前駆体で形成された抗菌剤とを含み、
前記抗菌剤は、前記抗菌前駆体と同様の金属を含む、請求項9に記載の透明抗菌フィルムの製造方法。
