Abstract
Description
曲がり部を有するコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法であって、
直管部を有する樹脂チューブ素材の端部を、筒状のコネクタの端部に嵌装する嵌装工程と、
嵌装された前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する接合工程と、
前記直管部を曲げ加工するための曲げ加工部を有する姿勢保持型を用い、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記直管部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持する加熱保持工程と、
前記直管部を冷却する冷却工程と、
を備える、コネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法にある。
(1-1.コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1の構成)
本形態の製造方法の対象であるコネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1について、図1を参照して説明する。コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1は、例えば、自動車における燃料供給路、冷却水流通路、潤滑油流通路など、種々の流体流通路に適用される。コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1は、全体として、長尺筒状に形成されており、両端が他の配管やチューブなどの部材に連結される。つまり、コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1は、一端に連結される一方の相手部材(図示せず)と他端に連結される他方の相手部材(図示せず)との間にて、流体を流通させる。
コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1の製造方法について、図2~図7を参照して説明する。図2および図3の(A)に示すように、樹脂チューブ素材5を形成する(S1:樹脂チューブ素材形成工程)。樹脂チューブ素材5は、例えば、押出成形により成形されている。なお、本形態における樹脂チューブ素材5は、後述するように蛇腹筒部を有するため、押出成形かつコルゲート成形により成形されている。例えば、押出吸引成形や押出ブロー成形などが適用される。なお、樹脂チューブ素材5は、蛇腹筒部を有しない筒状、すなわち、全長に亘って非蛇腹筒部により構成されるようにしても良い。
樹脂チューブ素材5の端部21A,22Aと筒状のコネクタ3,4の端部31,41とを嵌装させる嵌装工程S3において、樹脂チューブ素材5は直管部(21,22,24)を有する状態となる。さらに、樹脂チューブ素材5が直管部(21,22,24)を有する状態において、樹脂チューブ素材5の端部21A,22Aとコネクタ3,4の端部31,41とがレーザ溶着により接合される。その後に、加熱保持工程S5において、姿勢保持型7を用いて、樹脂チューブ素材5の直管部(21,22,24)のうち中間筒部24に曲げ加工が施されている。
第二実施形態のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1の製造方法について、図8および図9を参照して説明する。図8に示すように、樹脂チューブ素材5の形成工程S11、第一コネクタ3および第二コネクタ4の形成工程S12、嵌装工程S13を実施する。S11,S12,S13は、第一実施形態におけるS1,S2,S3と同一である。
第三実施形態のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブ1の製造方法について図10を参照して説明する。図10に示すように、樹脂チューブ素材5の形成工程S21、第一コネクタ3および第二コネクタ4の形成工程S22、嵌装工程S23、接合工程S24を実施する。接合工程S24は、第一接合工程S24Aに続いて、第二接合工程S24Bを行う。ここで、S21,S22,S23,S24,S24A,S24Bは、第一実施形態におけるS1,S2,S3,S4,S4A,S4Bと同一である。
第四実施形態のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブ301の製造方法について図11を参照して説明する。図11には、本形態の製造方法の対象であるコネクタ付き樹脂チューブ301を示す。コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ301は、全長に亘って非蛇腹筒部により構成されている。つまり、コネクタ付き樹脂チューブ301を構成する樹脂チューブ9は、第一端筒部21、第二端筒部22、中間筒部25を備える。第一端筒部21および第二端筒部22は、第一実施形態と同一である。

曲がり部を有するコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法であって、
直管部を有する樹脂チューブ素材の端部を、筒状のコネクタの端部に嵌装する嵌装工程と、
前記嵌装工程の後に、前記嵌装工程にて嵌装された前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程の後に、前記直管部を曲げ加工するための曲げ加工部を有する姿勢保持型を用い、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記接合工程にて前記コネクタが接合された前記樹脂チューブの前記直管部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持する加熱保持工程と、
前記加熱保持工程の後に、前記加熱保持工程にて加熱された状態かつ曲げられた状態の前記直管部を冷却する冷却工程と、
を備える、コネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法にある。
Claims (15)
- 曲がり部を有するコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法であって、
直管部を有する樹脂チューブ素材の端部を、筒状のコネクタの端部に嵌装する嵌装工程と、
嵌装された前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する接合工程と、
前記直管部を曲げ加工するための曲げ加工部を有する姿勢保持型を用い、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記直管部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持する加熱保持工程と、
前記直管部を冷却する冷却工程と、
を備える、コネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記嵌装工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の第一端部を前記コネクタである第一コネクタの端部に嵌装し、かつ、前記樹脂チューブ素材の第二端部を前記コネクタである第二コネクタの端部に嵌装し、
前記接合工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記第一端部と前記第一コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合し、続いて前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記第二端部と前記第二コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する、請求項1に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記嵌装工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の第一端部を前記コネクタである第一コネクタの端部に嵌装し、かつ、前記樹脂チューブ素材の第二端部を前記コネクタである第二コネクタの端部に嵌装し、
前記接合工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記第一端部と前記第一コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合するのと同時に、前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記第二端部と前記第二コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する、請求項1に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記嵌装工程は、全長に亘って前記直管部により構成される前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部を前記コネクタの端部に嵌装する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記直管部は、少なくとも一部に蛇腹筒部を有し、
前記加熱保持工程は、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記直管部の前記蛇腹筒部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記直管部は、前記蛇腹筒部と、非蛇腹筒部と、を有し、
前記加熱保持工程は、
前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記直管部の前記蛇腹筒部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持し、
前記非蛇腹筒部を直管状態で保持する、請求項5に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記直管部は、少なくとも一部に非蛇腹筒部を有し、
前記加熱保持工程は、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて、前記直管部の前記非蛇腹筒部を、加熱した状態かつ曲げた状態で保持する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記加熱保持工程は、
前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部を加熱する前加熱工程と、
加熱された前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部を前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部に配置し、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部を曲げた状態で保持する曲げ保持工程と、
を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記加熱保持工程は、
前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部を前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部に配置し、前記姿勢保持型の前記曲げ加工部にて前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部を曲げた状態で保持する曲げ保持工程と、
前記姿勢保持型に保持された曲げられた状態の前記直管部を加熱する後加熱工程と、
を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。 - 前記嵌装工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部を前記コネクタの端部の径方向内側に挿入する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記接合工程は、前記コネクタの端部の径方向外側から前記コネクタの端部の外周面に向けてレーザ光を照射し、前記コネクタの端部を透過したレーザ光により前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する、請求項10に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記接合工程は、複数の支持治具により前記樹脂チューブ素材の複数箇所を支持した状態で、嵌装された前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記接合工程は、複数の前記支持治具により前記樹脂チューブ素材の前記直管部の複数箇所を支持する、請求項12に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記接合工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材および前記コネクタを回転させながらレーザ光を照射することにより、前記樹脂チューブ素材の端部と前記コネクタの端部とをレーザ溶着により接合する、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
- 前記加熱保持工程は、前記樹脂チューブ素材の全体を加熱する、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ付き樹脂チューブの製造方法。
