Abstract
Description
建屋外と建屋内に温度差があり、建屋内の温度が低い場合には、建屋内に配設されたガス支管内で副生ガス中に含まれた水蒸気が結露して結露水となる。副生ガス中には、水分(水蒸気)の他に、副生ガス発生装置に由来する硫黄分等の酸性物質が多く含まれているため、上記結露水は腐食性の酸性溶液となる。

Claims (4)
- 工業用ガスを建屋外の元配管から建屋内の工業用ガス使用設備に供給するガス導管に設けられた工業用ガス供給配管設備であって、
上記元配管から建屋の側壁に沿って下方に立ち下げたガス導管の端末下部にドレンを回収するシールポットが配設されてなり、かつ、上記下方に立ち下げたガス導管の途中から建屋内に向けて上り勾配を持たせてガス導管を分岐させてなることを特徴とする工業用ガス供給配管設備。 - 上記下方に立ち下げたガス導管の、建屋内に向けたガス導管の分岐点よりも高い位置に閉止弁を配設してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用ガス供給配管設備。
- 上記閉止弁は、ゴッグル弁であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工業用ガス供給配管設備。
- 上記工業用ガスは、製鉄所で発生した副生ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の工業用ガス供給配管設備。
