Claims (11)
- 主面を有する本体と、
前記本体内に配置されたインダクタ配線導体と、
前記主面において露出する外部端子電極と、
前記本体内において前記主面に向かって延びる状態で配置され、前記インダクタ配線導体と前記外部端子電極とを電気的に接続する引き出し導体と、
を備え、
前記外部端子電極は、前記引き出し導体の前記主面において露出する端面と、前記引き出し導体と一体に構成されかつ前記主面上に沿って延びる延伸部と、によって与えられる、
コイル部品。 - 前記引き出し導体は、前記主面に直交する方向に延びている、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記外部端子電極の前記延伸部は、前記主面に直交する方向から見たとき、前記引き出し導体の一方側に張り出している、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記インダクタ配線導体の両端に前記外部端子電極が電気的に接続され、前記インダクタ配線導体の両端に電気的に接続された前記外部端子電極の各々の前記延伸部は、互いに同じ方向に張り出している、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 複数の前記インダクタ配線導体を備え、
複数の前記インダクタ配線導体の各々に電気的に接続される複数の前記外部端子電極が前記主面に沿って配列され、
複数の前記外部端子電極の各々の前記延伸部は、互いに同じ方向に張り出している、
請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記外部端子電極および前記引き出し導体は、銅または銅合金からなる、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記本体は磁性体からなる、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記外部端子電極を覆うめっき膜をさらに備える、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 主面を有し、インダクタ配線導体と前記インダクタ配線導体に電気的に接続された引き出し導体とを内蔵し、前記引き出し導体が前記主面に向かって延びている、構造物を用意する工程と、
前記引き出し導体の端面を前記主面側に露出させるように、前記構造物を前記主面側から研削する工程と、
を備え、
前記研削工程は、前記引き出し導体の一部を延伸することによって、前記引き出し導体の端面に連なる延伸部を前記主面上に沿って形成する工程を含む、
コイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記研削工程において、一方向のみの研削操作が前記主面に付与されるように実施される、請求項9に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記研削工程は、少なくとも第1研削工程と前記第1研削工程の後の第2研削工程とを含み、前記第2研削工程で用いられる砥粒は前記第1研削工程で用いられる砥粒より小さい、請求項9または10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
