Claims (4)
- ハウジング(2)と、第1終端位置と第2終端位置とに移動可能な調整体(6)と、前記調整体を軸方向(L)に沿って前記第1終端位置から前記第2終端位置へ、かつその逆に移動可能である調節アセンブリとを備えるプロセスコンポーネントであって、
前記調節アセンブリは、第1電気コイル(9)と第2電気コイル(10)とを備え、
かつ、当該調節アセンブリは、前記調整体(6)に配置された第1永久磁石アセンブリ(11)と協働し、前記第1終端位置において前記調整体(6)を第1機械的ストッパに当接させ、
前記ハウジング(2)に、前記第1永久磁石アセンブリ(11)と協働する第2永久磁石アセンブリ(12)が設けられ、
前記調節アセンブリは、前記プロセスコンポーネントの第1接続部(3)と第2接続部(4)との間に配置され、
前記プロセスコンポーネントは、第1接続部(3)と第2接続部(4)との間の前記調整体(6)の少なくとも1つの位置において一貫した流体接続を有する、プロセスコンポーネントにおいて、
前記第1電気コイル(9)は、通電した場合に、第1終端位置において第1永久磁石アセンブリ(11)と第2永久磁石アセンブリ(12)との間に生じる磁界を補償するように設定されており、前記第2電気コイル(10)は、前記第1電気コイル(9)に通電した場合に前記調整体(6)の運動を軸方向に生ぜしめるように設定され、
第2機械的ストッパは、前記第2終端位置における前記調整体(6)のポジションを定義し、
前記ハウジング(2)は弁座(17)を備え、前記第1終端位置において前記弁座(17)と封止して協働する閉鎖体(28)が前記調整体(6)に配置され、
前記第1永久磁石アセンブリ(11)が前記閉鎖体(28)に配置されており、運動方向に延在する少なくとも1つのウイング(29)が前記閉鎖体(28)に設けられていることを特徴とする、プロセスコンポーネント。 - 前記第1機械的ストッパは、前記弁座(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセスコンポーネント。
- 前記ウイング(29)は、前記第2永久磁石アセンブリ(12)と協働する第3永久磁石アセンブリ(30)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプロセスコンポーネント。
- 前記第2機械的ストッパは、前記第2終端位置において前記第1永久磁石アセンブリ(11)と協働する永久磁石(32)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスコンポーネント。
