Abstract
【解決手段】弁閉鎖体(3)が二部分、すなわち第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)と第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)とにより形成されており、第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)と第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)との間に、シールエレメント(19)が設けられており、該シールエレメント(19)が制御室(11)をアクチュエータ室(10)に対して気密に封止するようにした。

Claims (10)
- 弁閉鎖体を備えた弁であって、弁閉鎖体がアクチュエータに作用結合されていて、弁座と協働するようになっており、アクチュエータがアクチュエータ室内に配置されており、かつ弁座が制御室内に配置されている形式のものにおいて、弁閉鎖体(3)が二部分、すなわち第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)と第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)とにより形成されており、第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)と第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)との間に、シールエレメント(19)が設けられており、該シールエレメント(19)が制御室(11)をアクチュエータ室(10)に対して気密に封止するようになっていることを特徴とする弁。
- シールエレメント(19)が弁室(30)内に配置されていて、弁室(30)を、互いに密に隔離された2つのチャンバ(51,52)に分割しており、第1のチャンバ(51)がアクチュエータ室(10)に流動接続されている、請求項1記載の弁。
- シールエレメント(19)が、弾性的なシールダイヤフラムである、請求項1記載の弁。
- シールエレメント(19)がエラストマまたは鋼から製作されている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)が第1の端面(21)でもって、シールエレメント(19)の、アクチュエータ室(10)側の面に当て付けられており、第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)が第2の端面(22)でもって、シールエレメント(19)の、制御室(11)側の面に当て付けられている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)が、弁閉鎖体(3)の開弁方向に対して横方向で移動可能である、請求項1記載の弁。
- 第1の閉鎖体区分(3.1)がアクチュエータ室(10)を起点としてガイド通路(13)を通して弁室(30)内にまで延びている、請求項2記載の弁。
- 第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)が弁室(30)を起点として減圧通路(39)を通して制御室(11)内に延びており、流出通路(34)内にまで弁座(12)の下流側で達する、請求項2記載の弁。
- 弁室(30)内の圧力が、減圧通路(39)と第2の閉鎖体区分(3.2)との間のシールギャップ(40)により、制御室(11)内の圧力に対して減じられている、請求項2記載の弁。
- アクチュエータ(2)が、界磁コイル(5)および磁石プランジャ(6)を備えた電磁石(4)である、請求項1記載の弁。
