前記RF EMエネルギーと前記マイクロ波EMエネルギーを伝送する同軸伝送線であって、前記同軸伝送線が、内部導電性層、外部導電性層、及び前記内部導電性層を前記外部導電性層から分離する誘電体層を含む、前記同軸伝送線と、
前記エネルギー伝送ケーブル構造の遠位端にある球状の器具の先端であって、
前記内部導電性層に電気的に接続された第1の導電性半球と、
前記外部導電性層に電気的に接続された第2の導電性半球と、
