Claims (4)
- 規定の移動方向に一定間隔で配列される複数の突極を有する固定子と、
前記移動方向に移動可能であって、前記移動方向と直交する対向方向において前記固定子と対向する可動子と、
を備え、前記可動子は、
前記移動方向に並ぶ複数のティースと、
前記ティースに巻回される三相交流巻線と、
複数の前記ティースを繋ぐ可動子磁気ヨークと、
互いに同相の前記ティースの間の間隙に配置される永久磁石と、
複数の前記ティースそれぞれの根元近傍に埋め込まれる磁束障壁であって、前記ティースの前記移動方向の幅内に完全に収まり、前記永久磁石から前記移動方向に離間して配置された磁束障壁と、
を有する、ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアモータであって、
前記磁束障壁は、前記可動子磁気ヨークと前記ティースを跨ぐように配置される、ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のリニアモータであって、
前記磁束障壁の前記対向方向の寸法は、前記磁束障壁の前記可動子の前記移動方向の寸法よりも大きい、ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のリニアモータであって、
前記磁束障壁は、前記ティースの前記移動方向の中心に配置されている、ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
