Claims (20)
- 無線送電デバイスであって、
無線受電デバイスに無線電力を伝送するように構成された無線送電コイルを有する共振回路と、
前記無線送電コイル上で、スイッチング周波数で交流信号を駆動するように構成されたインバータと、
前記共振回路内のエネルギーレベルを表す値を測定するように構成された測定回路系と、
制御回路系であって、
測定された前記値を閾値と比較することによって前記共振回路内の飽和を検出し、
前記飽和の検出に応じて前記無線送電コイルによる無線送電を制御するように構成された制御回路系と
を備える無線送電デバイス。 - 測定された前記値は、測定された電流レベル又は測定された電圧レベルを含む、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記測定回路は、前記スイッチング周波数の低調波範囲にある測定周波数で前記値を測定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記測定周波数は、前記スイッチング周波数の半分である、請求項3に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記測定回路は、前記スイッチング周波数の高調波である測定周波数で前記値を測定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記測定回路は、前記スイッチング周波数での前記共振回路内のエネルギーレベルを表す追加の値を測定するように構成されており、
前記閾値は、前記追加の値の端数である、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 前記測定された値は、測定された電流レベル又は測定された電圧レベルを含み、
前記制御回路系は、連続する2つのサイクルにおいて測定された前記値の分散又は測定された前記値の比を前記閾値と比較することによって前記飽和を検出する、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 測定された前記値は、ピークと谷の差を含み、
前記制御回路系は、ピークと谷の前記差又はピークと谷の前記差の分散を前記閾値と比較することによって前記飽和を検出する、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 前記制御回路系は、前記飽和の検出に応じて、前記無線送電コイル上で駆動される交流信号のデューティサイクルを低下させることにより、前記無線送電コイルによる前記無線送電を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記制御回路系は、前記飽和の検出に応じて、前記インバータに電力供給する電源電圧を低下させることにより、前記無線送電コイルによる前記無線送電を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記制御回路系は、前記飽和の検出に応じて、前記飽和を軽減する予め決定された電力レベルに前記無線電力を制限することにより、前記無線送電コイルによる前記無線送電を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記制御回路系は、前記飽和の検出に応じて、前記インバータの前記スイッチング周波数を調整することにより、前記無線送電コイルによる前記無線送電を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記共振回路は、前記無線送電コイルと直列に接続されたコンデンサをさらに備え、
前記制御回路系は、前記飽和の検出に応じて、非対称デューティサイクルを使用して前記インバータを動作させて、前記コンデンサの両端間のDCバイアス電圧を除去することにより、前記無線送電コイルによる前記無線送電を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 前記制御回路系は、
前記飽和を検出しないことに応じて、前記無線電力を増加させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 前記無線送電デバイス上に異物が存在するかどうかを検出するように構成された異物検出回路を更に備え、前記異物検出回路は、前記制御回路系が前記無線電力を増加させている間は停止される、請求項14に記載の無線送電デバイス。
- 前記制御回路系は、
前記飽和を検出した後に、前記無線電力を増加させる要求を前記無線受電デバイスから受信し、
前記飽和が検出されなくなるまで、前記要求を無視するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 無線送電デバイスであって、
無線受電デバイスに無線電力を伝送するように構成された無線送電コイルと、
前記無線送電コイル上で交流信号を駆動するように構成されたインバータと、
制御回路系であって、
前記無線受電デバイスの磁気透過性構造の特徴的状態を検出し、
前記無線受電デバイスの前記磁気透過性構造の前記特徴的状態の検出に応じて、前記インバータを調整するように構成された制御回路系と
を備える無線送電デバイス。 - 前記磁気透過性構造はフェライト構造であり、
前記特徴的状態は、前記フェライト構造のフェライト飽和を含む、請求項17に記載の無線送電デバイス。 - 無線充電システムであって、
磁気透過性材料を有する無線受電器と、
前記無線受電器に無線電力を伝送するように構成された無線送電器とを備え、前記無線送電器は、
前記無線受電器に前記無線電力を伝送するように構成された無線送電コイルを備えたタンク回路と、
前記無線送電コイル上で、スイッチング周波数で交流信号を駆動するように構成されたインバータと、
制御回路系であって、
前記無線受電デバイス内の磁気透過性材料の特徴的状態を検出し、
前記特徴的状態の検出に応じて、前記無線送電コイルによる無線送電を制御するように構成された制御回路系と
を有する、無線充電システム。 - 前記特徴的状態は、前記磁気透過性材料の飽和を含み、
前記磁気透過性材料はフェライトを含み、
前記特徴的状態は、前記フェライトのフェライト飽和を含む、請求項19に記載の無線充電システム。
