Claims (15)
- 制御及び評価ユニット(3)を有するケーシング(2)を有する圧力センサ(1)であって、該圧力センサ(1)の前記ケーシング(2)に多数の圧力接続部(4)が配置されており、各圧力接続部(4)に圧力測定セル(5)が割り当てられており、前記圧力測定セル(5)が前記制御及び評価ユニット(3)と接続されており、該圧力センサ(1)が少なくとも1つのデジタル出力インターフェイス(6)を備えている圧力センサ(1)において、少なくとも1つの圧力接続部(4)が圧力配管(21)を押し込むための接続部であり、前記圧力配管(21)が工具なしで取り付け可能であり、該圧力配管(21)が前記圧力接続部(4)のパッキング(22)により取り囲まれ、引き抜けから防護されていることを特徴とする圧力センサ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの別の圧力接続部(4)が、G1/4IG型(8)、G1/4AG型(9)又は1/4インチNPT型(10)の圧力接続部(4)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 異なる圧力範囲に対して異なる圧力接続部(4)が割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 第1の圧力範囲が0~10バールの範囲であり、第2の圧力範囲が0~16バールの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 2つの圧力接続部(4)の間で差圧測定が実行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記出力インターフェイス(6)が少なくとも1つのIOリンクインターフェイス(11)であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記出力インターフェイス(6)が少なくとも1つのイーサネットインターフェイス(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記出力インターフェイス(6)が少なくとも1つのフィールドバスインターフェイスであることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ケーシング(2)に少なくとも操作キー(14)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ケーシング(2)に少なくとも1つの平らな表示画面(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記制御及び評価ユニット(3)がプログラム可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ケーシング(2)内に少なくとも1つの温度センサ(16)が配置されており、該温度センサ(16)が前記制御及び評価ユニット(3)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ケーシング(2)内に少なくとも1つの振動センサ(17)が配置されており、該振動センサ(17)が前記制御及び評価ユニット(3)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記圧力測定セル(5)の前記圧力接続部(4)がゴム管(19)を介して前記ケーシング(2)と接続されており、複数の圧力測定セル(5)が共通の回路基板(18)上に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記圧力測定セル(5)の前記圧力接続部(4)が前記ケーシング(2)と直接接続されており、各圧力測定セル(5)がそれぞれ独自の回路基板(18)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の圧力センサ(1)。
