Abstract
Description
上記の実施の形態では、車両50において電力系統PGに対する電力需給が行なわれたことを示す履歴情報、すなわち外部充電又は外部給電が行なわれたことを示す履歴情報として、外部充電又は外部給電の開始/終了を示す情報が用いられるものとした。上記の履歴情報としては、これに代えて、電力ケーブル42のコネクタ43とインレット110との接続/解除を示す情報を用いてもよい。
[変形例2]
上記の実施の形態及び変形例1では、車両50との通信信頼性の判断に、走行システムの停止から起動までのSOCの変化(ΔSOC)を用いるものとしたが、これに代えて、車両50の位置が変化していないときのSOCの変化を用いてもよい。
[変形例3]
実施の形態に対する変形例1と同様に、変形例2において、外部充電又は外部給電が行なわれたことを示す履歴情報として、電力ケーブル42のコネクタ43とインレット110との接続/解除を示す情報を用いてもよい。
[変形例4]
上記の変形例2,3では、車両50との通信信頼性の判断に、車両位置が変化していないときのSOCの変化(ΔSOC)を用いるものとしたが、これに代えて、車両50の走行距離の変化を用いてもよい。
今回開示された実施の形態は、全ての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本開示により示される技術的範囲は、上記した実施の形態の説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (10)
- 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースに前記電力網に対する電力需給調整を要請するデマンドレスポンスを管理する電力管理装置であって、前記複数の電力調整リソースは、バッテリを搭載した車両を含み、
前記車両と無線通信を行なう通信装置と、
前記電力網に対する電力需給が行なわれたことを示す履歴情報、及び前記バッテリの充電状態に関する情報を、前記通信装置を通じて前記車両から取得する取得部と、
前記デマンドレスポンスの要請に対する前記複数の電力調整リソースの優先順位を決定する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記取得部によって取得された前記充電状態が変化しているにも拘わらず、前記取得部によって前記履歴情報が取得されていない場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対して前記車両が選ばれにくくなるように前記車両の優先順位を決定する、電力管理装置。 - 前記履歴情報は、前記電力網からの前記バッテリの充電の開始及び終了の少なくとも一方を示す情報を含む、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記履歴情報は、前記バッテリから前記電力網への放電の開始及び終了の少なくとも一方を示す情報を含む、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記履歴情報は、前記電力網と前記車両との電気的な接続及び解除の少なくとも一方を示す情報を含む、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記充電状態の変化は、前記車両の走行システムが停止してから起動するまでの変化である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記車両の位置情報を前記車両からさらに取得し、
前記充電状態の変化は、前記位置情報が一定であるときの変化である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記車両の走行距離を前記車両からさらに取得し、
前記充電状態の変化は、前記走行距離が一定であるときの変化である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記取得部によって取得された前記充電状態の変化量がしきい値を超えており、かつ、前記取得部によって前記履歴情報が取得されていない場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対して前記車両が選ばれにくくなるように前記車両の優先順位を決定する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記履歴情報は、前記電力網からの前記バッテリの充電が行なわれたことを示す情報を含み、
前記制御部は、前記取得部によって取得された前記充電状態が上昇しているにも拘わらず、前記取得部によって前記履歴情報が取得されていない場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対して前記車両が選ばれにくくなるように前記車両の優先順位を決定する、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースに前記電力網に対する電力需給調整を要請するデマンドレスポンスを管理する電力管理方法であって、前記複数の電力調整リソースは、バッテリを搭載した車両を含み、
前記電力網に対する電力需給が行なわれたことを示す履歴情報を前記車両からサーバへ無線により送信するステップと、
前記バッテリの充電状態に関する情報を前記車両からサーバへ無線により送信するステップと、
前記デマンドレスポンスの要請に対する前記複数の電力調整リソースの優先順位を決定するステップとを含み、
前記優先順位を決定するステップは、
前記サーバが前記車両から取得した前記充電状態が変化しているにも拘わらず、前記サーバが前記車両から前記履歴情報を取得していない場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対して前記車両が選ばれにくくなるように前記車両の優先順位を決定するステップを含む、電力管理方法。
