Claims (9)
- 外部電源と電気的に接続可能な第1蓄電装置と、無線通信機と、前記無線通信機に電力を供給する第2蓄電装置と、前記無線通信機を通じて車両外部の管理装置と通信を行なう制御装置とを備える車両であって、
前記第1蓄電装置は、前記第2蓄電装置に電力を供給するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記無線通信機の累積通信回数を用いて設定された通信制限条件が成立するときに、前記無線通信機による無線通信を制限するように構成され、
前記外部電源と当該車両とが電気的に接続されていない場合の前記通信制限条件は、前記外部電源と当該車両とが電気的に接続されている場合の前記通信制限条件よりも成立しやすいように設定される、車両。 - 前記第2蓄電装置のSOCが第1閾値以上であるときには、前記通信制限条件は成立しない、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記外部電源と当該車両とが電気的に接続されていない状態では、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数が第1上限値に達したときに前記通信制限条件が成立して、前記制御装置が前記無線通信機による無線通信を禁止する一方、前記外部電源と当該車両とが電気的に接続されている状態では、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数が前記第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値に達したときに前記通信制限条件が成立して、前記制御装置が前記無線通信機による無線通信を禁止する、請求項1又は2に記載の車両。
- 前記第2蓄電装置は、当該車両の走行中に充電されるように構成され、
前記制御装置は、当該車両の継続的な走行距離又は走行時間が第2閾値を超えた場合に、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数をリセットする、請求項3に記載の車両。 - 前記外部電源から供給される電力による前記第1蓄電装置の充電中に、前記第1蓄電装置が前記第2蓄電装置へ電力を供給し、
前記制御装置は、前記第1蓄電装置の継続的な充電による充電電力量又は充電継続時間が第3閾値を超えた場合に、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数をリセットする、請求項3又は4に記載の車両。 - 前記無線通信機は、当該車両の状態を前記管理装置へ逐次送信するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、当該車両が前記外部電源と電気的に接続された状態で、前記第1蓄電装置の充電が行なわれることなく、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数が前記第1上限値よりも小さい所定回数に達すると、前記外部電源から供給される電力を用いて前記第1蓄電装置の充電を開始する、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記外部電源と前記第1蓄電装置とが電気的に接続された状態において、前記管理装置から受信した充電指示に従って前記第1蓄電装置を充電するように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記管理装置と通信を行なう機能を備える第1給電設備と、前記管理装置と通信を行なう機能を備えない第2給電設備とを判別可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記外部電源から前記第1給電設備を介して前記車両に供給される電力を用いて前記充電指示に従う前記第1蓄電装置の充電を行なう場合には、前記第1給電設備を通じて前記管理装置と通信し、
前記制御装置は、前記外部電源から前記第2給電設備を介して前記車両に供給される電力を用いて前記充電指示に従う前記第1蓄電装置の充電を行なう場合には、前記無線通信機を通じて前記管理装置と通信する、請求項7に記載の車両。 - 外部電源と電気的に接続可能な第1蓄電装置と、無線通信機と、前記無線通信機に電力を供給する第2蓄電装置と、前記無線通信機を通じて車両外部の管理装置と通信を行なう制御装置とを備える車両の通信制御方法であって、
前記制御装置が、前記無線通信機を通じて、前記外部電源の電力調整のための制御指令を前記管理装置から受信することと、
前記外部電源と前記車両とが電気的に接続されていない状態で、前記無線通信機の累積通信回数が第1上限値に達したときに、前記無線通信機による無線通信を禁止することと、
前記外部電源と前記車両とが電気的に接続されている状態で、前記無線通信機の前記累積通信回数が前記第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値に達したときに、前記無線通信機による無線通信を禁止することと、
を含む、車両の通信制御方法。
