前記犠牲モールドおよび鋳造物を凍結乾燥条件に曝し、前記鋳造物から前記犠牲モールドを昇華させ、前記成形非平面構造を含む鋳造品を形成するステップと
を含む、方法。
(項目2)
前記犠牲モールドは、少なくとも0.1GPaのヤング係数を有する材料から形成される、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目3)
前記犠牲モールドは、氷から形成される、項目1または2に記載の方法。
(項目4)
前記基質は、ポリマー、樹脂、オリゴマー、モノマー、タンパク質、ポリペプチド、アミノ酸、多糖類、糖類、無機繊維、有機繊維、植物または動物組織、植物または動物細胞、食品材料、セラミック材料、前述のうちの少なくとも1つを含む複合材料、およびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される1つ以上の材料を含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

前記基質を前記犠牲モールドに適用するステップに先立って、前記方法はさらに、固体犠牲モールド材料から前記犠牲モールドを彫刻または機械加工するステップ、または液体モールド材料を鋳造または3D印刷し、前記液体モールド材料を固化させ、前記犠牲モールドを形成するステップから選択される方法によって、前記犠牲モールドを形成するステップを含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目6)
前記犠牲モールドを形成するステップは、前記液体モールド材料を3D印刷するステップを含む、項目5に記載の方法。
(項目7)
前記液体モールド材料を3D印刷するステップは、前記液体モールド材料の固相線温度を少なくとも5℃下回る温度における環境内で実行される、項目6に記載の方法。
(項目8)
前記液体モールド材料は、水である、項目6または7に記載の方法。
(項目9)
前記基質を前記犠牲モールドに印加し、前記犠牲モールドの受容面上に前記基質の鋳造物を形成するステップは、10mm以下の層厚さを伴う前記基質の層を形成するステップを含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目10)
前記基質から前記犠牲モールドを昇華させるステップ後、前記方法はさらに、1つ以上のコーティング層を前記鋳造品の少なくとも1つの表面に適用し、コーティングおよび/または多層状鋳造品を形成するステップを含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

前記基質は、前記犠牲モールドを前記基質の中にディップコーティングする、または前記基質を前記犠牲モールドの外部受容面上にスプレーコーティングすることによって、前記犠牲モールドの外部受容面に適用される、項目11に記載の方法。
(項目13)
内部階層構造を伴う鋳造生体材料を加工する方法であって、前記方法は、
階層構造を有する犠牲氷モールドの外面の少なくとも一部の上に生体材料をコーティングし、前記犠牲氷モールド上に前記生体材料の鋳造物を形成するステップであって、前記鋳造物は、前記犠牲氷モールドの外面に対応する内部階層構造を有する、ステップと、
前記鋳造物をある温度および圧力に曝し、前記鋳造物から前記犠牲氷モールドを凍結乾燥させ、内部階層構造を伴う前記鋳造生体材料を形成するステップと
を含む、方法。
(項目14)
前記階層構造は、50mm以下、好ましくは、10mm以下の直径に対応する断面積を伴う1つ以上の枝部を含む、項目13に記載の方法。
(項目15)
前記断面積は、5mm以下の直径に対応する、項目14に記載の方法。
(項目16)
前記犠牲氷モールドの外面の少なくとも一部の上に生体材料をコーティングするステップに先立って、前記方法はさらに、前記犠牲氷モールドを形成するために、水を3D印刷することによって前記犠牲氷モールドを形成するステップを含む、項目13-15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目17)
液体モールド材料を3D印刷するステップは、前記液体モールド材料の固相線温度よりも少なくとも5℃冷温である温度における環境内で実行される、項目13-16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目18)
前記犠牲氷モールドの外面の少なくとも一部の上に前記生体材料をコーティングするステップは、10mm以下の壁厚さを伴う前記鋳造物を形成する、項目13-17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目19)
前記階層構造は、少なくとも親血管と、前記親血管の末端から延在する複数の娘血管とを含み、前記親血管および前記複数の娘血管は、前記階層構造が、マレーの法則に従うようにサイズ決めされる、項目13-18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目20)
前記基質を前記犠牲モールドに適用するステップは、前記犠牲モールドの管状受容面の周囲に前記基質の管状層を形成するステップを含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
(項目21)
前記基質から前記犠牲モールドを昇華させるステップに先立って、前記方法はさらに、1つ以上のコーティング層を前記鋳造物の少なくとも1つの表面に適用し、コーティングおよび/または多層状鋳造物を形成するステップを含む、前記項目のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
