Abstract
Description

B. 注意障害は、短期間(通常は数時間から数日)に発生し、ベースラインの注意力および認識からの変化を表し、1日の経過中に重症度が変動する傾向がある。
C. さらなる認知障害(例えば、記憶不足、見当識障害、言語、視空間的能力、または知覚力の障害)。

Claims (20)
- スクリーニングデバイスを含む、患者のせん妄をスクリーニングするためのシステムであって、
a. 1つ以上の脳信号を記録し、1つ以上の値を生成するように構成された少なくとも2つのセンサと、
b. プロセッサと、
c. 少なくとも1つのモジュールであって、
i. 時間の経過とともに脳波周波数を比較するように、
ii. 脳波周波数についてのスペクトル密度解析またはウェーブレット解析を実行して比率を確立するように、
iii. 前記比率と確立された閾値とを比較するように、そして、
iv. 脳症のその後の発症の有無、または可能性の指示をすることについて示すデータを出力するように、
構成されるモジュールと、
を含み、前記閾値は、電子機器による医療記録を用いて確立および/または調節される、システム。 - 前記閾値は、電子機器による医療記録を使用する機械学習モデルに基づいて確立および/または調節される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
