Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るタイヤ1のタイヤ幅方向の半断面を示す図である。タイヤ1の基本的な構造は、タイヤ幅方向の断面において左右対称となっているため、ここでは、右半分の断面図を示す。図中、符号S1は、タイヤ赤道面である。タイヤ赤道面S1は、タイヤ回転軸(タイヤ子午線)に直交する面で、かつタイヤ幅方向中心に位置する面である。
RFIDタグ40は、RFIDチップと、外部機器と通信を行うためのアンテナとを備えた、パッシブ型のトランスポンダであり、外部機器としての図示しないリーダとの間で無線通信を行う。アンテナとしては、コイル状のスプリングアンテナ、板状のアンテナ、棒状の各種のアンテナが用いられる。例えば、フレキシブル基板に対して所定のパターンをプリントすることによって形成したアンテナであってもよい。アンテナは、使用する周波数帯域等に応じて、最適化されたアンテナ長さに設定されている。RFIDチップ内の記憶部には、製造番号、部品番号等の識別情報が格納されている。
次に、第2実施形態に係るタイヤ1について、図5A~5Cを参照しながら説明する。なお、以下の説明において、第1実施形態と同じ構成については、同じ符号を付し、また詳細な説明を省略する。本実施形態においては、RFIDタグ40は、ゴムシートにより構成される保護部材43によって被覆されている。
なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されず、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲で変形、改良などを行っても、本発明の範囲に含まれる。

Claims (3)
- ビードコアと、前記ビードコアのタイヤ径方向外側に延出するビードフィラーとを有する一対のビードと、
一方のビードコアから他方のビードコアに延びるプライ本体と、前記ビードコアの周りで折り返されるプライ折り返し部と、を備えるカーカスプライと、
前記プライ折り返し部と前記ビードフィラーとの間に設けられる金属補強層と、
前記ビードフィラーと前記プライ本体との間に設けられる電子部品と、を備えるタイヤ。 - 前記電子部品は、少なくともその一部が、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向外側端からタイヤ径方向内側に10mmの位置よりも、タイヤ径方向外側に配置されている、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記金属補強層は、タイヤ周方向に間隔をあけて配置されている複数の金属コードと、前記複数の金属コードを被覆するゴムと、を備え、前記電子部品と最も近い位置の前記金属補強層の部分における、前記複数の金属コード間の隙間は、0.5mm以上である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
