Abstract
Description
即ち、本発明は、以下の(1)~(8)を構成とするものである。
(1)ポリアミド樹脂(A)、酸素バリア性付与剤(B)、及びレドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)を含有するポリアミド樹脂組成物であって、酸素バリア性付与剤(B)及びレドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)の含有量が、ポリアミド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、それぞれ0.1~5質量部及び0.1~5質量部の割合であることを特徴とするポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(2)前記酸素バリア性付与剤(B)が、下記一般式で示される金属シアン化物塩であることを特徴とする、(1)に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物:
Ax[M(CN)y]
式中、Mは、周期表の第5~10族かつ第4~6周期の遷移金属元素のうちの少なくとも1種であり、Aは、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属のうちの少なくとも1種であり、yは、3~6の整数であり、xは、(y-m)/aで求められる数であり、mはMの価数、aはAの価数である。
(3)前記一般式中のMが、鉄であることを特徴とする、(1)又は(2)に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(4)前記一般式で示される金属シアン化物塩が、ヘキサシアノ鉄(II)酸アルカリ金属塩、及びヘキサシアノ鉄(III)酸アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(5)前記レドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)が、鉄元素を含む酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラート化合物、セリウム元素を含む酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラート化合物、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム(Na2S2O4)、ランタノイド化合物の酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラートからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(6)前記レドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)が、酸化第二鉄、酸化セリウム、及び水酸化セリウムからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、(5)に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(7)ポリアミド樹脂組成物が、銅化合物(D)をさらに含有し、銅化合物(D)の含有量が、ポリアミド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、銅元素として0.0001~1質量部の割合であることを特徴とする、(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(8)ポリアミド樹脂(A)が、ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミドであることを特徴とする、(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
Ax[M(CN)y]
(式中、Mは、周期表の第5~10族かつ第4~6周期の遷移金属元素のうちの少なくとも1種であり、Aは、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属のうちの少なくとも1種であり、yは、3~6の整数であり、xは、(y-m)/aで求められる数である。ここで、mはMの価数、aはAの価数である。)
金属シアン化物塩は、水和物であっても構わない。
耐熱老化性の指標として、実施例及び比較例のそれぞれの樹脂組成物から成形品を作製し、200℃、180℃、又は150℃で1000時間処理した後の引張強度保持率を測定した。成形品としては、ウェルドを有さない一般部の成形品、及びウェルドを有するウェルド部の成形品の二種類を作製した。

・ポリアミド6I/6T:相対粘度RV=2.1 EMS社製 グリボリーG21
酸素バリア性付与剤(B)
・フェロシアン化カリウム・3水和物(ヘキサシアノ鉄(II)酸カリウム・3水和物):和光純薬社製 純度99%
・フェリシアン化カリウム(ヘキサシアノ鉄(III)酸カリウム):和光純薬社製 純度99%
レドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)
・酸化セリウム:和光純薬社製 純度99.9%
・水酸化セリウム:和光純薬社製 純度99.9%
・酸化第二鉄:和光純薬社製 純度99.9%
銅化合物(D)
・臭化第二銅:和光純薬社製 純度99.9%
酸化防止剤
・ヒンダードフェノール系安定剤:BASF社製 イルガノックス245
充填材

Claims (8)
- ポリアミド樹脂(A)、酸素バリア性付与剤(B)、及びレドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)を含有するポリアミド樹脂組成物であって、酸素バリア性付与剤(B)及びレドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)の含有量が、ポリアミド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、それぞれ0.1~5質量部及び0.1~5質量部の割合であることを特徴とするポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 前記酸素バリア性付与剤(B)が、下記一般式で示される金属シアン化物塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物:

- 前記レドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)が、鉄元素を含む酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラート化合物、セリウム元素を含む酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラート化合物、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム(Na2S2O4)、ランタノイド化合物の酸化物、水酸化物、ハロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、各種酸塩、アルコラートからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 前記レドックス系酸素吸収剤(C)が、酸化第二鉄、酸化セリウム、及び水酸化セリウムからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- ポリアミド樹脂組成物が、銅化合物(D)をさらに含有し、銅化合物(D)の含有量が、ポリアミド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、銅元素として0.0001~1質量部の割合であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- ポリアミド樹脂(A)が、ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
