Abstract
Description
・ 共振回路によって受信されるHF電磁場によって(のみ)二重周波数HF-UHFのRFID集積回路にパワー供給する。
・ UHFアンテナによって受信されるUHF電磁場によって(のみ)二重周波数HF-UHFのRFID集積回路にパワー供給する。
・ 共振回路及びUHFアンテナによってそれぞれ同時に受信されるHF及びUHF電磁場によって二重周波数HF-UHFのRFID集積回路にパワー供給する。

Claims (11)
- パワー供給源を備える二重周波数HF-UHFのRFID集積回路であって、
このパワー供給源は、HF分岐、UHF分岐及び供給線路を備え、
前記HF分岐は、HF整流器とリニア電圧レギュレーターを備え、
前記HF整流器は、HFアンテナコイルと共振キャパシターによって形成される共振回路に接続されるように構成しており、
前記HF整流器は、前記リニア電圧レギュレーターに接続されており、
前記UHF分岐は、UHF整流器とシャント電圧レギュレーターを備え、
前記UHF整流器は、チャージポンプを備えUHFアンテナに接続されるように構成しており、
前記UHF整流器は、前記シャント電圧レギュレーターに接続されており、
前記リニア電圧レギュレーターと前記シャント電圧レギュレーターは両方とも、前記パワー供給源の前記供給線路に接続されている
ことを特徴とするRFID集積回路。 - 前記リニア電圧レギュレーターは、直列リニア電圧レギュレーターである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記直列リニア電圧レギュレーターは、低ドロップアウトの直列リニア電圧レギュレーターである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記リニア電圧レギュレーターに第1の基準電圧が与えられ、前記シャント電圧レギュレーターに第2の基準電圧が与えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記リニア電圧レギュレーターと前記シャント電圧レギュレーターは、同じ電圧基準を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - さらに、前記リニア電圧レギュレーターの出力に配置される第1の出力バッファーキャパシターを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - さらに、前記シャント電圧レギュレーターの出力に配置される第2の出力バッファーキャパシターを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記HF分岐は、さらに、前記リニア電圧レギュレーターの出力と前記供給線路の間に配置されるアクティブダイオードを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記UHF分岐は、さらに、前記シャント電圧レギュレーターの出力と前記供給線路の間に配置されるアクティブダイオードを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 前記供給線路は、第3の出力バッファーキャパシターを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のRFID集積回路。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の二重周波数HF-UHFのRFID集積回路と、
HFアンテナコイルと共振キャパシターとによって形成され前記HF整流器に接続される共振回路と、及び
前記UHF整流器に接続されるUHFアンテナと
を備えることを特徴とする二重周波数HF-UHF識別デバイス。
