前記極柱(200)の上下両端は、それぞれ円柱部(210)と頭部(220)であり、
前記絶縁スリーブ(300)は、前記極柱(200)に嵌設され、前記極柱(200)は、前記頭部(220)が前記段付き貫通孔(120)の下端に対応し前記円柱部(210)が前記段付き貫通孔(120)の上端に対応するように、前記段付き貫通孔(120)内に穿設され、
前記底部ケース(400)に開口が開設され、前記上蓋板(100)は前記開口に覆設されて前記底部ケース(400)とでキャビティを形成し、前記注液孔(110)は、前記キャビティと連通し、
前記電池巻芯(500)は、前記キャビティ内に設けられ、前記電池巻芯(500)の両極は、それぞれ、前記底部ケース(400)及び前記極柱(200)に電気的に接続され、
前記封止球体(600)は、前記上蓋板(100)に設けられて前記注液孔(110)を封止することを特徴とするボタン型電池。 - 前記円柱部(210)の上端の外周面に環状の第1のフランジ(211)が設けられ、前記絶縁スリーブ(300)の上面が前記第1のフランジ(211)の下面に当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン型電池。
- 前記円柱部(210)の外周面に、環状の位置決めスロット(212)が設けられ、前記絶縁スリーブ(300)の内壁に、前記位置決めスロット(212)に適合する環状突起(310)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のボタン型電池。
- 前記電池巻芯(500)は、正極シート(510)と、負極シート(520)と、セパレータ(530)とを備え、前記正極シート(510)及び前記負極シート(520)は、セパレータ(530)内に巻回されており、前記正極シート(510)と前記負極シート(520)は、それぞれ、前記極柱(200)及び前記底部ケース(400)に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のボタン型電池。
- 前記上蓋板(100)の上端の外周面に環状の第2のフランジ(130)が設けられ、前記上蓋板(100)が前記開口に張り出すとともに、前記第2のフランジ(130)の下面が前記開口の側壁に当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン型電池。
- 前記絶縁スリーブ(300)はPP製品又はPE製品であり、前記上蓋板(100)はステンレス鋼、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金材質であり、前記極柱(200)はニッケル材質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン型電池。
- 前記上蓋板(100)の厚さは、0.5~3.0mmであり、前記注液孔(110)の直径は、0.1~1.5mmであり、前記円柱部(210)の直径は、1~4mmであり、前記頭部(220)の直径は、3~8mmであり、前記段付き貫通孔(120)の前記下端の高さは、0.2~0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン型電池。
- 請求項1に記載のボタン型電池を製造するための方法であり、
極柱(200)と絶縁スリーブ(300)とを上蓋板(100)に取り付けるステップaと、
電池巻芯(500)を底部ケース(400)に装入し、前記上蓋板(100)を前記底部ケース(400)に取り付けて、前記上蓋板(100)と前記底部ケース(400)とで前記電池巻芯(500)を包み込み、次いで前記上蓋板(100)を前記底部ケース(400)に溶接するステップbと、
注液孔(110)により、前記上蓋板(100)と前記底部ケース(400)とで形成されるキャビティに電解液を注入し、エージングした後、前記電池巻芯(500)を化成するステップcと、
前記注液孔(110)を封止球体(600)で封止するステップdと、を含むことを特徴とするボタン型電池の製造方法。 - 前記ステップaは、具体的には、
前記上蓋板(100)上において前記注液孔(110)と、上端が小さく下端が大きい段付き貫通孔(120)を作製するステップa1と、
前記極柱(200)の円柱部(210)及び頭部(220)を作製し、次に、前記極柱(200)を、前記円柱部(210)と前記頭部(220)が前記段付き貫通孔(120)の上端と下端にそれぞれ対応するように前記段付き貫通孔(120)に挿入するステップa2と、
前記極柱(200)と前記上蓋板(100)とを位置決めし、前記極柱(200)と前記上蓋板(100)との間に絶縁材料を注入して前記絶縁スリーブ(300)を形成するステップa3と、
前記円柱部(210)の上端に第1のフランジ(211)を据込み加工で形成するステップa4を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のボタン型電池の製造方法。 - 前記ステップbの前に、正極シート(510)、負極シート(520)及びセパレータ(530)を巻回して前記電池巻芯(500)を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のボタン型電池の製造方法。
