Abstract
pilha botão e método de fabricação para a mesma. é divulgada uma pilha botão e um método de fabricação para a mesma, a pilha botão inclui uma placa de cobertura superior (100), uma haste (200), uma luva isolante (300), um invólucro inferior (400), um núcleo de enrolamento de pilha (500) e uma esfera de vedação (600). a placa de cobertura superior (100) é fornecida com um orifício de injeção de líquido (110) e um orifício de passagem escalonado (120) com uma pequena porção superior e uma grande porção inferior; as extremidades superior e inferior da haste (200) são, respectivamente, uma parte cilíndrica (210) e uma parte superior (220); a luva isolante (300) é embainhada na haste (200) que penetra através do orifício escalonado (120), a cabeça e as porções cilíndricas (220, 210) correspondem às extremidades inferior e superior do orifício escalonado (120), respectivamente ; o núcleo de enrolamento da pilha (500) é disposto em uma cavidade interna formada pela placa de cobertura superior (100) e o invólucro inferior (400); e a esfera de vedação (600) é disposta na placa de cobertura superior (100) e veda o orifício de injeção de líquido (110).
