Claims (7)
- サブマージアーク溶接を行うための溶接システムであって、
インバータ回路を有し電力を供給する溶接電源装置と、
溶接ワイヤを送給するワイヤ送給装置と、
前記溶接電源装置および前記ワイヤ送給装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、溶接開始時に、前記ワイヤ送給装置に前記溶接ワイヤの順方向への送給を行わせて、前記溶接ワイヤの先端が被溶接物に接触したときに、前記溶接電源装置にスタート電流を出力させ、前記溶接ワイヤの接触から、溶接のための第1速度での前記順方向への送給の開始までに、前記第1速度より遅い第2速度での前記順方向への送給を行わせるスタート電流期間を設けている、
溶接電源システム。 - 前記第2速度は、前記溶接ワイヤを停止させる速度である、
請求項1に記載の溶接電源システム。 - 前記スタート電流期間は、あらかじめ設定された第1時間が経過するまでの期間である、
請求項1または2に記載の溶接電源システム。 - 前記溶接ワイヤの先端と前記被溶接物との間に印加される電圧を検出する電圧センサをさらに備え、
前記スタート電流期間は、前記電圧センサが検出した検出電圧が、あらかじめ設定された電圧閾値以上になるまでの期間である、
請求項1または2に記載の溶接電源システム。 - 前記スタート電流期間は、前記検出電圧が前記電圧閾値以上になるまでの期間、および、あらかじめ設定された第2時間が経過するまでの期間のうち長い方の期間である、
請求項4に記載の溶接電源システム。 - 前記制御装置は、溶接開始時に、第3速度で前記溶接ワイヤの前記順方向への送給を行わせて、前記溶接ワイヤの先端が前記被溶接物に接触したときに、所定長さだけ逆方向への送給を行わせ、その後、前記溶接ワイヤの先端が前記被溶接物に再度接触するまで、前記第3速度より遅い第4速度での前記順方向への送給を行わせる、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の溶接電源システム。 - 前記制御装置は、溶接終了時に、前記ワイヤ送給装置に前記溶接ワイヤの送給を停止させてから、前記溶接電源装置にエンド電流を停止させるまでのエンド電流期間を設けている、
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の溶接電源システム。
