前記フォールディングラインと交差する方向に延びて、前記常時駆動領域と前記選択的駆動領域との間で分離される複数のデータ配線と、
分離された前記複数のデータ配線の間に配置され、前記制御配線によってターンオンまたはターンオフされる複数のトランジスタとを含み、
前記複数のトランジスタがターンオンされる場合、分離された前記複数のデータ配線は電気的に連結されて前記選択的駆動領域は駆動状態に転換され、
前記複数のトランジスタがターンオフされる場合、分離された前記複数のデータ配線は電気的に絶縁されて前記選択的駆動領域は非駆動状態に転換される、表示装置。 - 前記表示領域の外側で前記表示領域を囲むように配置されるフォールディング感知配線をさらに含み、
前記フォールディング感知配線によってフォールディングが感知される場合、前記複数のトランジスタはターンオフされ、
前記フォールディング感知配線によってアンフォールディングが感知される場合、前記複数のトランジスタはターンオンされる、請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数のデータ配線は、前記常時駆動領域に配置される第1サブデータ配線及び前記選択的駆動領域に配置される第2サブデータ配線を含む、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のトランジスタは、
前記配線部の一部であるゲート電極と、
前記ゲート電極と重畳するアクティブ層と、
前記第1サブデータ配線と連結されるソース電極と、
前記第2サブデータ配線と連結されるドレイン電極とを含む、請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 前記制御配線は、
前記表示領域を横切るように配置される前記配線部と、
前記表示領域の外側に配置され、前記配線部の一端及び他端それぞれから前記複数のデータ配線と平行な方向に延びる連結部とを含む、請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記配線部と前記連結部は、互いに異なる層上に配置される、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のデータ配線と連結されるデータドライバをさらに含み、
前記常時駆動領域は、前記選択的駆動領域に比して前記データドライバと隣接するように配置される、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
