Abstract
【解決手段】金属部材の溶接構造は、第1対向面を有する第1部材と、第1対向面に対向する第2対向面を有する第2部材と、第1部材と第2部材とを固定する溶接部とを備え、第1対向面と第2対向面との間に隙間が形成される。上記隙間における溶接部の幅をR1、第1部材の第1対向面上における溶接部の幅をR2としたときに、R1>R2である。溶接部が形成された部分における第2部材の厚みをT2、第1部材の厚みをT1としたときに、T2>T1である。第2部材における第2対向面からの溶接部の深さをD1としたときに、0.8≦D1/T1≦1.2である。

Claims (10)
- 第1対向面を有する第1部材と、
前記第1対向面に対向する第2対向面を有する第2部材と、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを固定する溶接部とを備え、
前記第1対向面と前記第2対向面との間に隙間が形成され、
前記溶接部は、前記第1部材を貫通し、前記隙間に面する前記第2対向面から前記第2部材の内部に向かって延びるように形成され、
前記隙間における前記溶接部の幅をR1、前記第1部材の前記第1対向面上における前記溶接部の幅をR2としたときに、R1>R2であり、
前記溶接部が形成された部分における前記第2部材の厚みをT2、前記第1部材の厚みをT1としたときに、T2>T1であり、
前記第2部材における前記第2対向面からの前記溶接部の深さをD1としたときに、0.8≦D1/T1≦1.2である、金属部材の溶接構造。 - 前記第1対向面上および前記第2対向面上の少なくとも一方に突起または凹部が形成され、前記突起または前記凹部により前記隙間が形成される、請求項1に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、いずれもアルミニウム材により構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 前記第1部材および前記第2部材の厚み方向に沿った前記隙間の幅は0.05mm以上0.1mm以下である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 前記第1部材の厚みT1および前記第2部材の厚みT2は、いずれも0.08mm以上2.0mm以下である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 前記溶接部は、前記隙間に面する前記第2対向面から前記第2部材を貫通せずに前記第2部材の内部に達するように形成される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 前記溶接部は、前記隙間に面する前記第2対向面から前記第2部材を貫通するように形成される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の金属部材の溶接構造。
- 第1対向面を有する第1部材と、第2対向面を有する第2部材とを、前記第1対向面および前記第2対向面を対向させ、かつ前記第1対向面および前記第2対向面の間に隙間を形成した状態で重ねる工程と、
前記第1部材における前記第1対向面と反対側の面からレーザ光を照射して前記第1部材および前記第2部材をレーザ溶接する工程とを備え、
前記レーザ溶接する工程により形成される溶接部は、前記第1部材を貫通し、前記隙間に面する前記第2対向面から前記第2部材の内部に向かって延びるように形成され、
前記隙間における前記溶接部の幅をR1、前記第1部材の前記第1対向面上における前記溶接部の幅をR2としたときに、R1>R2であり、
前記溶接部が形成された部分における前記第2部材の厚みをT2、前記第1部材の厚みをT1としたときに、T2>T1であり、
前記第2部材における前記第2対向面からの前記溶接部の深さをD1としたときに、0.8≦D1/T1≦1.2である、金属部材の溶接方法。 - 前記レーザ溶接する工程よりも前に、前記第1対向面および前記第2対向面の少なくとも一方に、レーザ溶接時の溶融金属との濡れ性を高める表面処理を行う工程をさらに備えた、請求項8に記載の金属部材の溶接方法。
- 電極端子を各々有し、所定の方向に沿って配列された複数の蓄電セルと、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記電極端子どうしを接続するバスバーと、
前記第1部材としての前記バスバーおよび前記第2部材としての前記電極端子を含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の金属部材の溶接構造とを備えた、蓄電モジュール。
