Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの、局所的なエナメル下層(3)の上にある立体的な金属被覆模様(4)を含む部品(2)を製造するための方法であって、
1つまたは複数のエナメル模様(3)があらかじめ立体的に形成されている基板(6)を用意するステップ(10)と、
前記エナメル模様(3)上に少なくとも1つの金属被覆層(15)を堆積させるステップ(14)と、
前記金属被覆層(15)上に樹脂層(17)を堆積させるステップと、
前記立体的な模様に対応するかまたは相補的な樹脂部分(19)を局所的に形成するように、前記樹脂層(17)を選択的に処理するステップ(18)と、
前記立体的な模様に対して相補的な前記樹脂層の部分(23)、ならびに前記金属被覆層(15)に対応する下にある部分(21)を除去するステップ(20)と、
前記または各模様(4)は、局所的なエナメル下層(3)上に堆積させた金属被覆材料から成り、前記対応する立体的な金属被覆模様(4)を現出させるように、残りの前記樹脂部分(19)を除去するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記樹脂(17)は、ネガ型、またはポジ型感光性樹脂であることと、前記立体的な模様に対して相補的な前記樹脂層の前記部分(23)は、前記樹脂層(17)の、現像されなかったか、または現像された部分であることと、残りの前記樹脂部分(19)は、前記樹脂層(17)の、現像されたか、または現像されなかった部分であることとを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記局所的なエナメル下層(3)の前記エナメルは、あらかじめ焼結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 金属被覆層(15)を堆積させる前記ステップ(14)の前に、前記エナメル模様(3)を洗浄するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 残りの前記樹脂部分(19)は、溶剤によって除去されることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品(2)を洗浄する最後のステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属被覆材料(15)は、クロム窒化物、ジルコニウム酸窒化物、金またはチタンであることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記感光性樹脂(17)は、光重合性エポキシ樹脂などの光重合性樹脂、好ましくは八官能性エポキシ樹脂SU-8であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非感光性樹脂(17)は、エポキシ系樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記感光性樹脂層(17)を選択的に処理する前記ステップ(18)は、UVランプによって実行され、前記樹脂層(17)上にマスクを適用する初期の段階を含み、前記マスクの輪郭は、前記立体的な模様に対応することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非感光性樹脂層(17)を選択的に処理する前記ステップ(18)は、レーザー・アブレーションによって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7および9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記立体的な模様に対して相補的な前記樹脂層の前記部分(23)の下にある、前記金属被覆層(15)の前記部分(21)は、薬品侵食によって除去されることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属被覆層(15)を堆積させる前記ステップ(14)の終了時に、前記金属被覆層(15)は、前記エナメル模様(3)を完全に被覆することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂層(17)を堆積させる前記ステップの終了時に、前記樹脂(17)は、前記金属被覆層(15)を完全に被覆することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基板(6)は、最高1400℃に到達し得る温度に耐えることが可能な材料からなることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基板(6)の前記材料は、ジルコニアと、アルミナと、サファイアとからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法を使用して製造された部品(2)であって、時計外装部品または宝飾品で装飾された構成要素であることを特徴とする、部品(2)。
