Claims (5)
- 完全なアデノ随伴ウイルス(AAV)カプシドと空のAAVカプシドとの混合物から完全なAAVカプシドを濃縮する方法であって、
完全なAAVカプシドと空のAAVカプシドとの混合物を含む試料を用意するステップ、
約0.5mS/cm~約10mS/cmの範囲内の初期伝導率をもたらす初期比で平衡化緩衝液及び塩含有緩衝液を含む溶出緩衝液を含む陰イオン交換クロマトグラフィーに前記試料を供するステップ、及び
段階勾配の伝導率増加が各段階で約0.5~2.0mS/cmとなるように前記平衡化緩衝液と前記塩含有緩衝液の比を変化させて、空のAAVカプシドを溶出させ、完全なAAVカプシドが濃縮された流体をもたらすステップ
を含む方法。 - 陰イオン交換クロマトグラフィーに前記試料を供するステップが、正に帯電した微多孔膜に前記試料を接触させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
