Claims (9)
- 巻線と磁性体とで構成される電機子と、前記電機子の外周側に配置され、永久磁石と円筒状の磁性体とで構成される永久磁石部とを有し、前記電機子と前記永久磁石部とが相対的に直線駆動するリニアモータを使用する電磁サスペンションであって、
前記円筒状の磁性体の外周部の同一円周上に、この外周部よりも凹んだ凹部とこの外周部よりも突出した凸部とを配置することを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
前記凸部が、複数個に、分割されていることを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
凸部の断面積が、凹部の断面積と同等以上であることを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
前記凸部が、前記円筒状の磁性体と、別体で構成されることを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
前記凸部は、その角部を面取りした面取り部を有することを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
凸部の材料が、円筒状の磁性体の材料よりも、透磁率が高いことを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
リニアモータの一端部には、円筒部端部カバーが配置され、前記円筒部端部カバーには、ばね下側連結ロッドが結合し、リニアモータの他端側には、車両側連結ロッドが配置されることを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項7に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
リニアモータの外周側であって、リニアモータの中間部には、下部ばねおさえが配置され、車両側連結ロッド側には、上部ばねおさえが配置され、前記上部ばねおさえと前記下部ばねおさえとに挟まれるように、前記リニアモータの外周側には、ばねが配置されることを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。 - 請求項1に記載する電磁サスペンションであって、
前記凸部が、前記円筒状の磁性体に対して、相対的に回転運動することを特徴とする電磁サスペンション。
