Abstract

熱可塑性ポリアミド微粒子の用途
マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約0.01重量%~約1重量%の濃度で、エマルションに脱プロトン化剤を添加することと、
重合開始剤をエマルションに添加することと、環状アミドモノマーを重合して複数のポリアミド微粒子とすることと、を含む、ポリアミド微粒子を合成する方法。
マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約20重量%~約90重量%の環状アミドモノマーを剪断しながら混合物に添加して、エマルションを生成することと、
エマルションの総重量に基づく約1重量%以下の含水量にエマルションを脱水して、脱水されたエマルションを生成することと、

Claims (20)
- ポリアミド微粒子の合成方法であって、マトリックス流体と、乳化安定剤と、溶媒と、環状アミドモノマーとを含む混合物を脱水及び剪断してエマルションを生成し、前記エマルションの総重量に基づく約1重量%以下の含水量を有するようにすることと、
前記マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約0.01重量%~約1重量%の濃度で、前記エマルションに脱プロトン化剤を添加することと、
重合開始剤を前記エマルションに添加することと、
前記環状アミドモノマーを重合させて複数のポリアミド微粒子とすることと、
を含む、ポリアミド微粒子の合成方法。 - 前記乳化安定剤が、前記マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約0.01重量%~約50重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、前記マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約13重量%~約75重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記環状アミドモノマーが、前記マトリックス流体の重量に基づく約20重量%~約90重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱プロトン化剤を添加することが、前記重合開始剤を添加する前である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱プロトン化剤を添加することが、前記重合開始剤を添加する後である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱プロトン化剤を添加することが、前記重合開始剤を添加することと同時に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記環状アミドモノマーが、アゼリジノン、2-アゼチジノン、2-ピロリジノン、2-ピペリジノン、ε-カプロラクタム、2-アザシクロオクタノン、2-アザシクロノナノン、2-アザシクロデカノン、2-アザシクロウンデカノン、2-アザ-シクロドデカノン、ラウロラクタム、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
