Abstract
【解決手段】電気で動く自動車(2)の床下の走行用バッテリーシステム(1)の走行用バッテリー(7)は、少なくとも1つの第1のバッテリーモジュール(8)及び1つの第2のバッテリーモジュール(9)を有し、走行用バッテリーシステムは、バッテリーモジュールを動作させるバッテリー補助モジュール(13)を含み、バッテリーモジュール、及び、補助モジュールハウジング(26)を有するバッテリー補助モジュールは、車体(3)の縦軸(X)の方向において互いに直列に配置されており、且つ車体の第1の台枠(4)と第2の台枠(5)との間に配置される。バッテリー補助モジュールは、車体の側面要素(4、5、11)に作用する力を伝達する荷重伝達要素を有し、車体の横軸(Y)の方向に第1の台枠から第2の台枠まで延びた電気駆動装置を有する自動車である。

Claims (12)
- 電気で動くことができる自動車の走行用バッテリーシステムであって、前記走行用バッテリーシステム(1)の走行用バッテリー(7)であって、床下バッテリーの形態で構成される走行用バッテリー(7)は、少なくとも1つの第1のバッテリーモジュール(8)及び1つの第2のバッテリーモジュール(9)を有し、前記走行用バッテリーシステム(1)は、前記バッテリーモジュール(8、9)を動作させるように設計されたバッテリー補助モジュール(13)を含み、前記バッテリーモジュール(8、9)、及び、補助モジュールハウジング(26)を有する前記バッテリー補助モジュール(13)は、前記自動車(2)の車体(3)の車体縦軸(X)の方向において互いに対して直列に配置されており、且つ前記車体(3)の第1の台枠(4)と第2の台枠(5)との間に配置されることがある、走行用バッテリーシステムにおいて、
前記バッテリー補助モジュール(13)は、前記車体(3)の側面要素(4、5、11)に作用する力を伝達するための荷重伝達要素(18)を有し、この荷重伝達要素は、前記車体(3)の車体横軸(Y)の方向に前記第1の台枠(4)から前記第2の台枠(5)まで延びるように設計されていることを特徴とする、走行用バッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー補助モジュール(13)は、バッテリー管理システム(14)及び統合電力システム(15)から形成され、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)は、前記バッテリー管理システム(14)のバッテリー管理システムハウジング(16)及び前記統合電力システム(15)の電力システムハウジング(17)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記バッテリーモジュール(8、9)は、耐荷重設計のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は、前記バッテリー補助モジュール(13)の助けを借りて、特にねじれに対して、安定化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)上に形成された接続ポイント(22)の助けを借りて、前記車体(3)に固定できることを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は、特にネジ接続の形態をした、嵌め込み式ではない接続の助けを借りて、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)のカバー(19、20)であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は、押し出し成形で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記荷重伝達要素(18)は冷却ダクト(24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)のカバー(19、20)は、嵌め込み式ではない接続、特にネジ接続、の助けを借りて、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)のフレーム(21)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)のカバー(19、20)はプラスチックから製造され、且つ/又は、前記補助モジュールハウジング(26)のフレーム(21)は、鋳造又は鍛造部品の形態で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の走行用バッテリーシステム。
- 電気駆動装置を有する自動車であって、走行用バッテリーシステム(1)が、前記自動車(2)の車体(3)の第1の台枠(4)と第2の台枠(5)との間に配置され、前記走行用バッテリーシステム(1)は、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載のように設計される、自動車。
