Claims (10)
- 蓄電モジュールと、第1方向において前記蓄電モジュールに積層される導電板と、を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記蓄電モジュールは、
前記第1方向において互いに積層される複数の集電板を有する電極積層体と、
前記電極積層体の側面を囲むように設けられる封止体と、を有し、
前記複数の集電板は、
負極終端電極に含まれる第1集電板と、
正極終端電極に含まれる第2集電板と、
前記負極終端電極及び前記正極終端電極の間に設けられる複数のバイポーラ電極のそれぞれに含まれる第3集電板と、を有し、
前記電極積層体の積層端に配置される集電板は、前記封止体から露出する露出面を有し、
前記導電板は、前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に配列され、連結部によって互いに連結され、且つ、前記露出面に接触する第1板状部材及び第2板状部材を有し、
前記連結部は、
前記第2方向において前記第1板状部材から前記第2板状部材に向かって突出する凸状連結部分と、
前記第2方向において前記凸状連結部分の突出方向に向かって窪むと共に前記凸状連結部分を収容する凹状連結部分とを有し、
前記連結部において、前記第1板状部材と前記第2板状部材とが互いに接触する、蓄電装置。 - 前記第1板状部材は、前記第2方向において前記第2板状部材に対向する第1端面を有し、
前記凸状連結部分は、前記第1端面から前記第2板状部材に向かって突出し、
前記凹状連結部分は、前記第1端面に接触する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2方向における前記凸状連結部分の突出長さは、前記第2方向における前記凹状連結部分の深さよりも短い、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第2板状部材は、前記第2方向において前記第1板状部材に対向すると共に前記凹状連結部分の底を構成する第2端面を有し、
前記凸状連結部分は、前記第2端面に接触する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2方向における前記凸状連結部分の突出長さは、前記第2方向における前記凹状連結部分の深さよりも長い、請求項1又は4に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記凹状連結部分の少なくとも一部は、前記第1方向において前記凸状連結部分に向かって湾曲して接触する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 凹状連結部分は、前記第1方向における前記第2板状部材の両端部のそれぞれから前記第2方向に突出する一対の壁部を有し、
前記一対の壁部のそれぞれは、基部と、前記基部から前記第2方向に突出する先端部とを有し、
前記第1方向における前記先端部同士の距離は、前記第2方向において前記壁部の先端に近づくほど大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1板状部材は、前記凸状連結部分を有し、
前記第2板状部材は、前記凹状連結部分を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 電極積層体の積層端に配置される前記集電板には、活物質層が設けられない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記露出面を有する前記集電板は、前記第1集電板もしくは前記第2集電板である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
