Claims (9)
- 車両用駆動システムであって、
駆動輪に駆動力を発生させるモータと、
前記モータと電気的に接続されたインバータと、
前記インバータに電力を供給するバッテリ部と、
前記インバータの動作を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記バッテリ部は、直列に接続された第1および第2バッテリを有し、かつ、互いに接続された前記第1バッテリの負極および前記第2バッテリの正極が、接地されており、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータから前記モータに出力される電圧が、前記第1バッテリの出力電圧および前記第2バッテリの出力電圧よりも高くなるように、前記インバータの動作を制御するものであり、
前記車両用駆動システムは、
前記第1および第2バッテリ間の充放電制御を行うことによって、前記第1および第2バッテリの充電量をバランスさせるバランス回路を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バランス回路は、
前記第1バッテリの正極と負極との間に直列に接続された第1および第2スイッチと、
前記第2バッテリの正極と負極との間に直列に接続された第3および第4スイッチと、
一端が、前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとの間のノードに接続されており、他端が、前記第3スイッチと前記第4スイッチとの間のノードに接続された、キャパシタとを備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項2記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バランス回路が有する前記第1〜第4スイッチのオン/オフを制御する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第1および第2バッテリが有するエネルギーの大小を判定し、
前記第1バッテリのエネルギーが前記第2バッテリのエネルギーよりも大きいときは、前記第1および第3スイッチをオンにし、前記第2および第4スイッチをオフにする第1動作を行い、その後、前記第1および第3スイッチをオフにし、前記第2および第4スイッチをオンにする第2動作を行い、
前記第2バッテリのエネルギーが前記第1バッテリのエネルギーよりも大きいときは、前記第2動作を行い、その後、前記第1動作を行う
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バランス回路は、当該車両が前記モータによって走行しているとき、前記第1および第2バッテリ間の充放電制御を行う
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1バッテリは、直列に接続された複数のバッテリセルを有しており、
前記車両用駆動システムは、
前記第1バッテリに対して設けられており、前記複数のバッテリセル間の充放電制御を行うことによって、前記複数のバッテリセルの充電量をバランスさせるセルバランス回路を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項5記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1バッテリは、当該車両内の前記インバータ以外の電装品に向けて、第1電圧の電力を出力するとともに、前記複数のバッテリセルの1つから、前記第1電圧と異なる第2電圧の電力を出力する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バッテリ部は、カートリッジ化された第3および第4バッテリが着脱可能に構成されており、装着された前記第3バッテリは前記第1バッテリと並列に接続され、装着された前記第4バッテリは前記第2バッテリと並列に接続される
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記インバータは、マルチレベルインバータである
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1および第2バッテリの出力電圧は、60V以下である
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。
