Claims (8)
- ヒトを含む哺乳類動物に使用するための医療機器の製造方法であって、
生物活性を有するタンパク質及びヘパリンを包埋した無機塩類の結晶又はアモルファス固体を基体の一部又は全部にコーティングする工程を含み、
前記基体は、金属、セラミック、又はその両者からなり、
前記無機塩類は、アパタイト、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸八カルシウム、非晶質リン酸カルシウム、及び炭酸カルシウムからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の物質である、製造方法。 - 前記アパタイトが低結晶性アパタイトである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属が、チタン、チタン合金、ステンレス、及びコバルトクロム合金からなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の金属である請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セラミックが、アパタイト、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸八カルシウム、非晶質リン酸カルシウム、アルミナ、ジルコニア、及びこれらの複合体からなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上のセラミックである請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- コーティングした前記基体を、滅菌するために十分な線量のガンマ線及び/又は電子線を暴露する工程を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記ガンマ線の線量が3~40kGyである請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記タンパク質が成長因子である請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記成長因子がFGF-2である請求項7に記載の製造方法。
