- 温度制御媒体輸送用の管路装置であって、
ブロー成形によって製造され且つポリマー材料製である基体(2)を備え、
前記基体(2)内に、機能要素(3)が少なくとも1つ配置され、
前記機能要素(3)は、前記温度制御媒体と作用接続する
管路装置。 - 請求項1に記載の管路装置であって、
前記基体(2)は、少なくとも1つの流路(4)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの流路(4)に、前記少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)が割り当てられる
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の管路装置であって、
前記基体(2)は、複数の流路(4)を有し、
前記複数の流路(4)の間には、流路壁(5)が位置する
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の管路装置であって、
前記機能要素(3)が少なくとも1つ、前記基体(2)から形成されている
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項4に記載の管路装置であって、
前記基体(2)から形成される前記機能要素(3)は、絞り弁(3″′)又は接続要素又はコネクタをなす
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の管路装置であって、
前記機能要素(3)が少なくとも1つは、前記基体(2)とは別に形成される
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項6に記載の管路装置であって、
前記機能要素(3)は、
弁、絞り弁(3″′)、逆止弁(3′)、センサ、ポンプ、接続要素、コネクタ(3″″)のいずれかとして、前記基体(2)とは別に形成される
ことを特徴とする管路装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の管路装置(1)を備える温度制御回路。
- 温度制御回路であって、
モバイル装置内に配置されている
温度制御回路。 - 温度制御媒体輸送用管路装置(1)の製造方法であって、
ポリマー材料製のプリフォームを準備し、
前記プリフォームは、ブロー金型内に配置され、
前記管路装置(1)がブロー成形工程によって成形され、
前記ブロー金型は、少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)が前記管路装置(1)に成形されるような態様に設計される、
方法。 - 温度制御媒体輸送用管路装置(1)の製造方法であって、
ポリマー材料製のプリフォームと、
前記管路装置(1)の内部に配置される少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)と
が最初に準備され、
前記少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)は、前記プリフォームの内部に配置され、
前記プリフォームが、該プリフォーム内に配置された前記少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)と共にブロー金型内に配置され、
前記管路装置(1)がブロー成形工程によって成形される

前記管路装置(1)がブロー成形によって成形されるときに、少なくとも1つの機能要素(3)が前記管路装置(1)内に成形されるような態様で、
