Claims (9)
- シャフト;
前記シャフトと結合するロータ;および
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータを含み、
前記ステータは複数個の単位ステータコアを円周方向に配置して形成されたステータコアおよび前記ステータコアに巻線されるコイルを含み、
複数個のシートを積層して形成する前記単位ステータコアは、
複数個のホールを含むヨーク、
前記ヨークから半径方向に突出したトゥース、および
複数個の前記ホール内に配置される接着部材を含み、
複数個の前記ホールそれぞれは前記トゥースの両側面に沿って半径方向に延びた仮想の線(L)の上に配置される、モータ。 - 前記線(L)は前記ロータの中心(C)と前記トゥースの中心(C1)をつなぐ仮想の線(L1)と平行な、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記線(L1)を基準として複数個の前記ホールは対称となるように配置され、
平面上前記線(L1)から前記ホールの中心(C2)までの距離は前記線(L1)から前記トゥースの側面までの距離と同じである、請求項2に記載のモータ。 - 複数個の前記ホール内に配置される前記接着部材の一部は複数個の前記シートの間に配置される、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 複数個の前記ホールそれぞれの直径は複数個の前記シートそれぞれの厚さの2倍以上、3倍未満である、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 複数個の前記シートそれぞれの厚さは0.5mmである、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 前記接着部材の粘度は125mPa.s以上、800mPa.s未満である、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 複数個の前記単位ステータコアのうち少なくとも一つの単位ステータコアを形成する複数個の前記シートは
複数個の前記ホールを含む複数個の第1シートと前記ホールが形成されていない第2シートを積層して形成する、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記第2シートは複数個の前記第1シートのうち最下層に配置された第1シートの下面に配置され、
前記第2シートは複数個の前記第1シートのホールを遮断する、請求項8に記載のモータ。
