Abstract
Description
・アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属がナトリウムである場合、上記クエン酸塩は、クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物、特にクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物であり、
・アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の上記クエン酸過酸化水素化物がクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三カリウム過酸化水素化物である場合、このクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物は、クエン酸三ナトリウムジパーハイドラート又はクエン酸三カリウムパーハイドラートではない。
(i)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸塩を過酸化水素と接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の上記クエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程を含む方法に関する。
(i’)クエン酸と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナート又はクエン酸塩と、過酸化水素とを接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の上記クエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程を含む方法に関する。
(a’)クエン酸と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナート又はクエン酸塩と、尿素と、過酸化水素とを接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の上記クエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程を含む方法に関する。
本説明で使用されているように、用語「おおよそ」は、特定の値の±10%の値の範囲を指す。例として、「約120mg」という表現は、120mg±10%の値、すなわち、108mg〜132mgの値を含む。
式中、xは厳密に0よりも大きく、xは特に1又は2であり、M1、M2及びM3は、互いに独立して、H、又はカルボン酸基、特にアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属、特にアルカリ金属と塩を形成することができる原子もしくは化合物を表し、M1、M2及びM3のうちの少なくとも1つはHを表さない。この式(I)は、任意の他の先行する定義又は実施形態と組み合わされ得ることに留意されたい。
・植物又は植物製品をあらゆる有害生物から保護するか、その作用を防止する;
・植物が栄養物質(例えば成長調節因子)でない限り、植物の生物学的プロセスに作用する;
・植物製品の保存を確実にする。
・望ましくない植物を破壊する;及び/又は
・植物の一部を破壊し、植物の望ましくない生長を阻止又は防止する。
例1:クエン酸過酸化水素化物の合成
本発明のクエン酸過酸化水素化物を調製するための方法は、クエン酸の塩を用いて過酸化水素を結晶化することにある。
重量測定フィーダを使用して二軸押出機に原料を注入する。注入される原料の量は、本発明の所望のクエン酸過酸化水素化物の化学量論に従う。例えば、無水クエン酸二ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートの調製の場合、1つの可能な生成方法は、3モルの過酸化水素を用いて、2モルのクエン酸三ナトリウム及び1モルのクエン酸を結晶化することである。
結晶化後、流動床乾燥機又は真空マイクロ波乾燥機を使用して、制御された温度でクエン酸過酸化水素化物を乾燥させ、次いで、この最終段階では生成物はもはやチキソトロピックではないため、所望の粒径に粉砕することができる。例えば、無水クエン酸二ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートの生成の場合、乾燥温度は40〜60℃である。
本発明によるクエン酸過酸化水素化物は、尿素との共結晶化によって生成されて、クエン酸過酸化水素化物と尿素パーハイドラートとの共結晶を形成することができる。
アルコール系溶液中での結晶化によって、クエン酸過酸化水素化物を得ることができる。
例1に示すように、クエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラートを調製した。
材料及び方法
粉末X線回折
乳棒と乳鉢とを使用して、試料を注意深く微粉末に粉砕した。PANalytical XPERT−PRO回折計(Bragg−Brentano型、Cu Kα放射線(λ=1.5418Å)、発生器設定:45kV及び30mA)を使用して、粉末X線回折データを収集した。粉末グラフを4〜40°、2θで測定し、測定時間は6〜15分であった。
脱イオン水中の本発明の化合物の濃度を増加させて実験することによって、本発明の化合物の溶解度を決定する。結果は、クエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラートが完全に水溶性であることを示している(20℃で>900g/l)。
(pHメータを使用した)pH測定値は、20倍に希釈されたクエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラートの水溶液が7.6(±0.3)であることを示している。
例1に示すように、無水クエン酸二ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートを調製した。
上記のようにCu Kα回折計を使用して粉末X線回折データを収集し、シンクロトロン放射測定値によって補足した。
クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物は完全に水溶性である(20℃で>800g/l)。
(pHメータを使用した)pH測定値は、水で希釈(20倍)すると、得られたクエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物結晶が5.2(±0.3)のpHを有することを示している。
例1によるクエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物の結晶性粉末の熱重量分析を行って、100〜220℃の温度でのその挙動を評価した。
4.1.結晶構造
得られたディフラクトグラムを図5に示す。
20倍に希釈した、1モルの無水クエン酸二ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートと3モルの尿素パーハイドラートとの共結晶の水溶液のpHは、5.2(±0.3)である。
1.共結晶化したクエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラート及び尿素パーハイドラートに基づく製剤1
1.1.製剤の調製
1モルのクエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラート及び4モルの尿素パーハイドラートを含有する200gの共結晶化物と、21gの尿素及び55gの無水クエン酸とを混合する。次いで、粉末の混合物を様々な濃度で脱イオン水に溶解する。
2.1.製剤の調製
例3の粉末を様々な濃度で脱イオン水に溶解する。
3.1 製剤の調製
例4の粉末を様々な濃度で脱イオン水に溶解する。
真菌プラスモパラビチコラ(Plasmopara viticola)、エリシフェネカトール(Erysiphe necator)、グイグナルジアビドウェリ(Guignardia bidwellii)及びモニリアフルクチゲナ(Monilia fructigena)に対するバイオテストで製剤3を試験する。結果を表8に示す。
4.1.製剤の調製
例4に記載の粉末62gと、無水クエン酸10g、乳酸3g、無水乳酸カルシウム2g、界面活性剤1.5g及び乾燥剤1.5gとを混合する。次いで、粉末混合物を様々な濃度で脱イオン水に溶解する。
EN1040規格に従って6つの病原性株に対するバイオテストで製剤4を試験する。結果を図6に示す。
参照化学殺真菌剤(Teldor、Bayer)と比較された分生子発芽(表9)及び菌糸生長(表10)に関して、真菌ボトリチスシネレア(Botritys cinerea)に対するバイオテスト、ならびに参照化学殺真菌剤(Merpan、Adam France)と比較された分生子発芽(表11)に関して、真菌ベンツリアイナエクアリス(Venturia inaequalis)に対するバイオテストを使用して、上記の製剤2及び3の有効性を分析する。
植物保護製品の生物学的評価に関連するデータについて、French Rural Codeの第R 253−1条に定義されている適正農業規範(GAP)に従って、スイスのブドウ園で実験を行う。この試験は、葉及びブドウの房の両方に対して、うどんこ病菌の増殖を評価することを目的としている。200l/haでスプレー混合物を適用することによって、苗木を毎週処理する。試験区画を以下のように説明する。
・未処理区画(TNT);
・ブドウの木1ヘクタール当たり6kgに相当する、1%のSiO2及び0.5%のヘプタメチルトリシロキサン(湿潤剤、De Sangosse−Agridyne)が加えられた30g/lの製剤3を用いて処理された区画(バイオゲル単独);
・従来の参照化学殺真菌剤を用いて処理された区画(従来のスケジュール);
・有機農業用に認可された参照殺真菌剤を用いて処理された区画(有機スケジュール)。
過酸化水素及びクエン酸の濃縮溶液の安定性を試験する。
1.ボトリチスシネレア(Botrytis cinerea)に対する作用
ボトリチスシネレア(Botrytis cinerea)を含む様々な標的真菌に対して標準プロトコルに従って行った試験は、本発明の化合物とは異なり、クエン酸塩単独又は過酸化水素単独のいずれも、同等の濃度で殺真菌効果又は静真菌効果を有しないことを示した(以下の表13を参照)。
黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)MRSAの標準プロトコルに従って、本発明のクエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物と、クエン酸ナトリウム、過酸化水素及び参照防腐剤とを比較して、試験を行った。

- 殺生物剤としてのクエン酸過酸化水素化物の使用。
- クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物であり、前記アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属が、特に、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba及びZnから選択され、前記アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属が、さらに具体的には、Ca、Na、K、Mg又はZnであり、前記クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、特に、アルカリ金属クエン酸、過酸化水素及び場合により水から形成される結晶の形態である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、水の存在下で、及び/又はpH調整剤、抗団粒剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、消泡剤、抗ドリフト剤、増粘剤、発泡剤、固化剤、肥料、植物性医薬品、安定剤及びそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1つの追加の化合物の存在下で使用され、前記追加の化合物が、特に糖脂質から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 植物上又は植物内での病原体の増殖を阻害又は防止するための、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用であって、クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、特に、前記植物の表面に、さらに具体的には25〜1000ng.dm−2の量で適用される使用。
- 病原体が、ウイルス、細菌、真菌及び偽菌から選択される、請求項4に記載の使用。
- 植物が、果実を有する植物、野菜を有する植物、観賞植物、芝及び穀物から選択される、請求項4に記載の使用。
- 流体又は表面、特に水、空気、床、水泳プール、工作物表面、トイレを消毒するための、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用。
- クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸二カリウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸マグネシウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸亜鉛過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラートである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の使用。
- クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、尿素パーハイドラートの存在下で使用され、前記クエン酸過酸化水素化物が、特に尿素パーハイドラートと共結晶化され、前記尿素パーハイドラートが、特に尿素−過酸化水素共結晶の形態である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- ヒト又は動物に対して抗微生物剤として使用するためのクエン酸過酸化水素化物であって、前記使用が特に局所的に行われるクエン酸過酸化水素化物。
- アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物であって、ただし、
・前記アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属がナトリウムである場合、クエン酸塩が、クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物、特にクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物であり、
・アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属の前記クエン酸過酸化水素化物がクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三カリウム過酸化水素化物である場合、このクエン酸三ナトリウム過酸化水素化物が、クエン酸三ナトリウムジパーハイドラート又はクエン酸三カリウムトリパーハイドラートではない、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物。 - クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸二カリウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸マグネシウム過酸化水素化物、クエン酸亜鉛過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸三ナトリウムモノパーハイドラートジハイドラートである、請求項11に記載のアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物。
- クエン酸及び/又はアルカリ金属クエン酸、過酸化水素及び場合により水から形成される結晶の形態である、請求項11又は12に記載のアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物。
- 請求項11から13のいずれかに定義されるクエン酸過酸化水素化物と、特に尿素−過酸化水素共結晶の形態の尿素パーハイドラートとを含む組成物であって、特に、クエン酸二ナトリウム過酸化水素化物又はクエン酸二カリウム過酸化水素化物の結晶と、特に尿素−過酸化水素共結晶の形態の尿素パーハイドラートの結晶とを含む組成物。
- (i)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属のクエン酸塩を過酸化水素と接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程であって、
前記工程(i)の前に、場合により、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナートもしくはクエン酸塩を用いてクエン酸を中和して、工程(i)で述べたアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の前記クエン酸塩を得る工程が先行する工程、
又は
(i’)クエン酸と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナートもしくはクエン酸塩と、過酸化水素とを接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の前記クエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程
を含む、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載のアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属又はポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物を調製するための方法。 - アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属のクエン酸塩と、尿素と、過酸化水素とを接触させることによる共結晶化の工程(a)であって、
前記工程(a)の前に、場合により、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナートもしくはクエン酸塩を用いてクエン酸を中和して、工程(a)で述べたアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の前記クエン酸塩を得る工程が先行する工程、
又は
(a’)クエン酸と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属の水酸化物、カーボナートもしくはクエン酸塩と、尿素と、過酸化水素とを接触させて、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属もしくはポスト遷移金属のクエン酸過酸化水素化物を得る工程、を含む、請求項14に記載の組成物を調製するための方法。
