Description
Claims (10)
- 光学密度の変化を有する光境界面をそれぞれ形成する光入射面(3、6)および/または光出射面(4、8)および/または反射面(7)として構成されている複数の光学面を用いて、光を集束するコリメータであって、
複数の前記光学面のうちの少なくとも1つに構成されている複数の凹形マイクロレンズ(11)を有する、
コリメータ。 - 前記コリメータは、
後方の光入射面(3)および前方の光出射面(4)を有する集光レンズ(2)と、
光入射面(6)、TIR反射器面(7)および光出射面(8)を有する反射器部分(5)と
を、備えたTIRコリメータ(1)として構成されており、
前記反射器部分(5)は、前記TIRコリメータ(1)が、前記集光レンズ(2)の前記光入射面(3)と、前記反射器部分(5)の前記光入射面(6)とによって画定されている後方の空所(9)を有する、ように中央の前記集光レンズ(2)を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載のコリメータ。 - 前記凹形マイクロレンズ(11)が、
前記集光レンズ(2)の前記光入射面(3)および/または
前記集光レンズ(2)の前記光出射面(4)および/または
前記反射器部分(5)の前記光入射面(6)および/または
前記TIR反射器面(7)および/または
前記反射器部分(5)の前記光出射面(8)に形成されている、
請求項2記載のコリメータ。 - 凹形マイクロレンズ(11)のない少なくとも1つの光学面に凸形マイクロレンズ(12)が形成されている、請求項3記載のコリメータ。
- 前記集光レンズ(2)の前記光入射面(3)に凹形マイクロレンズ(11)が、かつ前記TIR反射器面(7)に凸形マイクロレンズ(12)が形成されている、
請求項4記載のコリメータ。 - 前記凹形マイクロレンズ(11)は、実質的に円形に構成されているか、または多角形の境界を有し、かつ好適には0.4mm〜3mmの平均直径Dを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のコリメータ。
- 前記凹形マイクロレンズ(11)は、球面状または非球面状に構成されており、球面状のマイクロレンズ(11)は、好適には0.3mm〜100mmの曲率半径Rを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のコリメータ。
- 前記凹形マイクロレンズ(11)は、0.05mm〜1mmの深さTを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のコリメータ。
- 前記コリメータの前記光学面において前記凹形マイクロレンズ(11)が、均等または不均等に配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のコリメータ。
- 可変の光学的設計を有するマイクロレンズ、特に、種々異なる曲率半径および/または異なる平均直径を有するマイクロレンズが配置され、かつ/または非球面状のマイクロレンズが配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のコリメータ。
