化学式1中、nは、より具体的には、12以上150以下、17以上130以下、17以上110以下、17以上35以下、または16以上35以下であってもよい。
実施例1および2‐エチレンをBET比表面積が200m2/gであるCuO粒子(polymex‐301、Sud‐Chemie)が充填された1機の吸着塔を用いて、50℃、30kg/cm2の圧力下で、1.5hr−1の空間速度で投入しながら0ppm水準に不純物を除去した後、その結果物を下記のようにバッチ(batch)反応器に投入し、オリゴマー化して得られた最終生成物内のC6〜C20リニアアルファオレフィンの生成量およびこれよりも炭素含有量が多い高分子(polymer)の生成量を測定した。
実施例5〜7‐実施例1と同じ方法で不純物の吸着を経たエチレンをバッチ反応器ではない連続反応器(CSTR)に注入しながら連続工程でオリゴマー化反応を行った。吸着塔内に投入するエチレンの空間速度を調節して不純物が除去されたエチレン内の酸素の濃度を調節した。
不純物の吸着時に吸着剤として、それぞれ、ゼオライトCaA、ゼオライト5A、ゼオライト13Xを使用した以外は、実施例5のような連続工程でリニアアルファオレフィンを製造し、その結果を表3にまとめた。

Claims (11)
- オレフィンを酸素吸着剤と接触させて酸素不純物を除去するステップと、
前記酸素不純物が除去されたオレフィンとクロム系触媒を反応器に投入するステップと、
前記反応器で前記オレフィンをオリゴマー化するステップとを含む、リニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。 - 前記酸素吸着剤は、CuO、NiO、MoO3、ゼオライト3A(zeolite 3A)、活性アルミナ(activated alumina)、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素吸着剤の比表面積は100〜900m2/gである、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素不純物を除去するステップは、前記酸素吸着剤が充填された吸着塔に前記オレフィンを通過させることで行われる、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記オレフィンを前記吸着塔に0.02〜5hr−1の空間速度(gas hourly space velocity)で投入する、請求項4に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素不純物を除去するステップは、10〜100℃の温度および5〜100kg/cm2の圧力下で行われる、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素不純物を除去するステップの後、前記酸素吸着剤を再生するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素吸着剤はCuOであり、前記再生するステップは、100〜200℃で水素および窒素の混合気体を前記吸着塔に通過させることで行われる、請求項7に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記酸素不純物を除去するステップの後、前記オレフィン内の酸素含量は100ppm未満である、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記クロム系触媒は、CrL1(L2)P(X)qまたはCr2X1 2L1 2(L2)y(X)z、(式中、L1は、ヘテロリガンドであり、L2は、有機リガンドであり、XおよびX1は、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲンであり、pは、0または1以上の整数であり、qは、(Crの酸化数−p)の整数であり、yは、2以上の整数であり、zは、(2×Crの酸化数)−yの整数である。)で表される、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記オレフィンはエチレンである、請求項1に記載のリニアアルファオレフィンの製造方法。
