Claims (11)
- 電気アクチュエータ(20)であって、電気駆動手段(22)の作動時に回転駆動される電気駆動手段(22)および駆動部材(26)と、第1の一方向ばねクラッチ(28)によって駆動部材(26)に回転的に接続される出力部材(24)と、出力部材(24)に接続され、出力部材(24)と固定ハウジングの一部を形成する固定管(34)との間に一方向クラッチを形成する第2のばね(32)と、を備え、電気アクチュエータ(20)は、第2のばね(32)と係合して出力部材(24)を固定管(34)から切り離すように構成された調整カップ(30)をさらに備える、電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 前記駆動部材(26)および前記出力部材(24)は、同軸に配置されている、請求項1に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 前記調整カップ(30)は、前記駆動部材(26)ならびに前記出力部材(24)を取り囲む、請求項1または2に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 第1のばね(28)の第1の端部(28a)は、前記出力部材(24)に固定され、第2のばね(28)の第2の端部(28b)は、前記駆動部材(26)ならびに前記調整カップ(30)に固定されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 第2のばね(32)は、前記出力部材(24)が前記固定管(34)に接続されているアイドル位置と、前記出力部材(24)が前記固定管(34)から切り離されている開位置との間で操作可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 第1のばね(28)は、第2のばね(32)がその開位置に操作されるときに、前記出力部材(24)の自動戻り回転を提供するように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 前記調整カップ(30)は、第2のばね(32)の半径方向に突出する端部(32b)の軸方向位置に円形の端部(30b)、および前記調整カップ(30)の回転時に第2のばね(32)の端部(32b)を押すように構成されている少なくとも1つの軸方向エッジ(30e)、を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 円形端部(30b)の軸方向エッジ(30e)は、円形端部(30b)の軸方向により長い部分(30c)と、円形端部(30b)の軸方向により短い部分(30d)との間の界面によって形成される、請求項7に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気アクチュエータ(20)を備えるクラッチ(9a〜9b)。
- クラッチ(9a〜9b)は、クラッチ(9a〜9b)の戻りバイアス機能から生じる弾性特性を備えている、請求項9に記載のクラッチ(9a〜9b)。
- 請求項9または10に記載のクラッチ(9a〜9b)を少なくとも1つ備える車両(1)。
