Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年7月25日に出願された通し番号第62/703,156号を有するアメリカ仮特許出願に基づく利益および優先権を主張するものであり、その内容は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。

2.脱水触媒が、分解し、酸を形成する;

4.エステルが、分解し、チャーマトリックスを形成する、そして
5.発泡剤が、ガスを放出し、マトリックスの膨張を引き起こし、厚くてコンパクトな多孔性のチャーの泡を形成する。

Claims (20)
- 膨張性材料の層および前記膨張性材料の層の少なくとも1つの表面と接触している少なくとも1つの防湿バリアを含む、複合材であって、前記膨張性材料は、アミンまたはアミド含有化合物を含む、複合材。
- 第1および第2の防湿バリアを含む、請求項1に記載の複合材であって、前記膨張性の層が前記第1および第2の防湿バリアの間にある、複合材。
- 前記防湿バリアが、保護フィルムおよび接着剤の層を含む、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記保護フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、環状オレフィンホモポリマーまたはコポリマー、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項3に記載の複合材。
- 前記接着剤の層が、光学的に透明な接着剤材料を含む、請求項3に記載の複合材。
- 前記防湿バリアが、60℃および100%RHで0.01g/m2/日より小さいまたは等しいWVTRを有する、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記防湿バリアが光透過性である、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記膨張性材料の層が光透過性である、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記膨張性剤が、チャー形成炭素質材料、脱水触媒、および発泡剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記チャー形成炭素質材料が、ポリオール、ポリアミド−6、ポリアミド−6およびクレイのナノ複合材、トリアジン誘導体、イソシアヌレート誘導体、エタノールアミン−アミノトリアジンオリゴマー、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の複合材。
- 前記脱水触媒が、ポリリン酸アンモニウム、ピロリン酸アンモニウム、リン酸メラミン、ピロリン酸メラミン、ポリリン酸メラミン、リン酸クロロアルキル、ホスホン酸クロロアルキル、有機リン酸またはホスホン酸のエステル、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の複合材。
- 前記発泡剤が、メラミン、トリアジン誘導体、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の複合材。
- 前記膨張性材料が、バインダー樹脂をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の複合材。
- バインダー材料が、メラミンホルムアルデヒド、尿素ホルムアルデヒド、ポリアクリレート、ポリウレタン、ポリビニル、EVA、PVAc、エポキシド、ケイ酸塩、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の複合材。
- 前記膨張性材料が、可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の複合材。
- 前記可塑剤が、グリセロールおよびエチレングリコールからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項15に記載の複合材。
- 電気光学材料の層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記膨張性材料の層および前記少なくとも1つの防湿バリアが、光透過性であり、前記膨張性材料の層の少なくとも一部が、前記少なくとも1つの防湿バリアと前記電気光学材料の層との間に位置する、請求項17に記載の複合材。
- 前記電気光学材料の層が、電気泳動粒子の封入された分散液を含む、請求項17に記載の複合材。
