Abstract
Description
このセクションでは、アクリル系接着剤の低い自家蛍光及び優れた接着性を実証する様々な実験を説明する。本明細書で説明される実験例は、単なる例示であって、いずれの方法においても本開示を制限するものとして解釈されるべきではない。
Claims (22)
- インターポーザであって、
第1表面及び第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を有する基層;
基層の第1表面に配置された第1接着剤層;
基層の第2表面に配置された第2接着剤層;並びに
基層、第1接着剤層、及び第2接着剤層の各々を通るように延在する複数のマイクロ流体チャネル
を有して成り、
基層は黒色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含んで成り、
第1接着剤層はアクリル系接着剤を含んで成り、
第2接着剤層はアクリル系接着剤を含んで成る、インターポーザ。 - 基層、第1接着剤層、及び第2接着剤層の全厚が、約1〜約200ミクロンの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のインターポーザ。
- 基層が約10〜約100ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有し、第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々が約5〜約50ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のインターポーザ。
- 第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々が、532nmの蛍光標準と比較して約0.25a.u.未満の、532nmの励起波長に応答する自家蛍光を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々が、635nmの蛍光標準と比較して約0.15a.u.未満の、635nmの励起波長に応答する自家蛍光を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 基層が少なくとも約50%の黒色PETを含んで成る、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 基層が本質的に黒色PETから成る、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々が、少なくとも約5%のアクリル系接着剤を含んで成る、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々が、本質的にアクリル系接着剤から成る、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- 第1接着剤層に配置された第1剥離ライナー、及び
第2接着剤層に配置された第2剥離ライナー
をさらに有して成る、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。 - フロー・セルであって、
第1基板;
第2基板;及び
第1基板と第2基板との間に配置された、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ、又は請求項15〜18のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ
を有して成り、
第1接着剤層は基層の第1表面を第1基板の表面に結合し、第2接着剤層は基層の第2表面を第2基板の表面に結合する、フロー・セル。 - 第1基板及び第2基板の各々がガラスを含んで成り、第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々と、第1基板及び第2基板のそれぞれの表面との間の結合が、約50N/cm2より大きい剪断応力、及び約1N/cmより大きい剥離力に耐えるように適合される、請求項11に記載のフロー・セル。
- 第1基板及び第2基板の各々が、約1ミクロン未満の厚さであって、第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層のそれぞれに結合される表面を含む樹脂層を有して成り、樹脂層の各々と第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層のそれぞれとの間の結合は、約50N/cm2より大きい剪断応力、及び約1N/cmより大きい剥離力に耐えるように適合される、請求項11又は12に記載のフロー・セル。
- 複数のウェルが、第1基板又は第2基板の少なくとも一方の樹脂層にインプリントされ、
生体プローブが複数のウェルの各々に配置され、
インターポーザのマイクロ流体チャネルが、複数のウェルに流体を移送するようになっている、
請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載のフロー・セル。 - インターポーザであって、
第1表面及び第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を有する基層;
基層の第1表面に配置された第1接着剤層;
第1接着剤層に配置された第1剥離ライナー;
基層の第2表面に配置された第2接着剤層;
第2接着剤層に配置された第2剥離ライナー;並びに
基層、第1接着剤層、第2接着剤層、及び第2剥離ライナーの各々を通る一方、第1剥離ライナーを通らないように延在する、複数のマイクロ流体チャネル
を有して成る、インターポーザ。 - 第1剥離ライナーが、約50〜約300ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有し;及び
第2剥離ライナーが、約25〜約50ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する、
請求項15に記載のインターポーザ。 - 基層が黒色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含んで成り;並びに
第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の各々がアクリル系接着剤を含んで成る、
請求項15又は16に記載のインターポーザ。 - 第1剥離ライナーが少なくとも実質的に光学的に不透明であり、第2剥離ライナーが少なくとも実質的に光学的に透明である、請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載のインターポーザ。
- インターポーザを形成することであって、インターポーザが、
第1表面及び第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を有する基層、
基層の第1表面に配置される第1接着剤層、
基層の第2表面に配置される第2接着剤層
を有して成り、
基層は黒色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含んで成り、
第1接着剤層はアクリル系接着剤を含んで成り、
第2接着剤層はアクリル系接着剤を含んで成る、
インターポーザを形成すること;並びに
少なくとも基層、第1接着剤層、及び第2接着剤層を通るマイクロ流体チャネルを形成すること
を含む、方法。 - マイクロ流体チャネルを形成することが、CO2レーザーを用いることを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- インターポーザが、
第1接着剤層に配置された第1剥離ライナー、及び
第2接着剤層に配置された第2剥離ライナー
をさらに有して成り;並びに
マイクロ流体チャネルを形成するステップにおいて、CO2レーザーを用いて、第2剥離ライナーを通るようにマイクロ流体チャネルをさらに形成する一方、第1剥離ライナーを通るように形成しない、
請求項20に記載の方法。 - CO2レーザーが、約5000nm〜約15000nmの範囲の波長、及び約50〜約150μmの範囲のビーム・サイズを有する、請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
