Abstract
Description

パリレンを含む層をモデル上に蒸着させた後、層を選択された形状にトリミングしてコア構成要素を形成することと、
コア構成要素をモデルから分離することと、を更に含む、実施形態Uに記載の方法。
Claims (20)
- 口腔構造の輪郭に従うように構成された複雑な三次元形状を画定する少なくとも1つのセグメントを含む歯科用物品であって、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントはコア構成要素を備え、前記コア構成要素は過半量のパリレンを含む、歯科用物品。
- 前記コア構成要素は、口腔構造のモデル上での化学蒸着プロセスからのパリレンを蒸着させることによって形成されている、請求項1に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記コア構成要素は少なくとも95重量パーセント(重量%)のパリレンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントは少なくとも95重量%のパリレンを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントは、患者の前記口腔構造に接触するように構成された前記少なくとも1つのセグメントの表面から垂直に測定されるセグメント厚さを画定し、前記セグメント厚さの少なくとも80%は前記コア構成要素からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記コア構成要素はコア厚さを画定し、前記コア厚さはコア構成要素全体にわたって約±5%未満である厚さ変動を画定する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントは、前記コア構成要素上に少なくとも1つの無機コーティングを更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無機コーティングは、酸化銀、酸化亜鉛、酸化銅、酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、及びこれらの合金から選択される金属酸化物を含む、請求項7に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記金属酸化物は、銀ドープされた酸化亜鉛、銀ドープ及びアルミニウムドープされた酸化亜鉛、銀ドープされた酸化チタン、アルミニウムドープされた酸化亜鉛、酸化チタン、並びに銀ドープ及び銅ドープされた酸化亜鉛から選択される、請求項8に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントは、前記コア構成要素上に少なくともポリマーハードコートを更に備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記複雑な三次元形状は、少なくとも1つの歯の前記口腔構造の輪郭に従うように構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントに取り付けられた歯科用構成要素を更に備え、前記歯科用構成要素は、前記歯科用構成要素を封入するパリレンを含むコーティング層を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセグメントに取り付けられた歯科用構成要素を更に備え、パリレンを含むコーティング層が前記コア構成要素と一体に形成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物品。
- 前記歯科用構成要素は口蓋拡張器又は歯科用トレイアライナの一部を備える、請求項12又は13に記載の歯科用物品。
- 患者の口腔構造の三次元モデルを形成することと、
前記口腔構造の輪郭に従うように構成された複雑な三次元形状を画定する少なくとも1つのセグメントを備える歯科用物品を形成することとを含み、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントを形成することは、
パリレンを含む層を前記モデル上に蒸着させることであって、前記層は過半量のパリレンを含む、蒸着させることと、
前記パリレンを含む層を使用して、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントのコア構成要素を形成することと、を含む、方法。 - 歯科用物品を形成することは、
前記パリレンを含む層を前記モデル上に蒸着させた後、前記層を選択された形状にトリミングして前記コア構成要素を形成することと、
前記コア構成要素を前記モデルから分離することと、を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - パリレンを含む層を前記モデル上に蒸着させることは、前記パリレンを含む層を化学蒸着することを含む、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 前記歯科用物品を形成することは、歯科用トレイアライナ、ナイトガード、歯科用アタッチメント、リテーナ、口蓋拡張器、又はマウスガードを形成することを含む、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コア構成要素を無機材料又はポリマーハードコートでコーティングすることを更に含み、前記無機材料は、金属、金属合金、金属酸化物、金属塩、セラミック、ガラス、又は鉱物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コンピューティングデバイスによって、患者の三次元(3D)口腔構造のデジタル表現を受信することであって、前記口腔構造は前記患者の1つ以上の歯の初期位置を提供する、受信することと、
前記コンピューティングデバイスによって、前記患者用の歯科用物品の寸法及び形状を決定することであって、前記歯科用物品は、複数の歯を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んで、前記口腔構造の輪郭に従うように構成された複雑な3D形状を画定するように構成された、少なくとも1つのセグメントを備え、前記歯科用物品の前記寸法及び形状は、前記患者が前記歯科用物品を装着したときに、前記患者の前記1つ以上の歯をそれらの初期位置から調整された位置へと配置し直すように構成されている、決定することと、
前記歯科用物品の前記寸法及び形状に基づいて、口腔構造の3Dモデルを形成することと、
前記歯科用物品を形成することとを含み、前記歯科用物品の前記少なくとも1つのセグメントを形成することは、
パリレンを含む層を前記3Dモデル上に蒸着させることであって、前記層は過半量のパリレンを含む、蒸着させることと、
