Description

Claims (17)
- 所定の強度を有する溶着接合部を作成するための溶着プロセスを最適化する方法であって、
前記溶着プロセスによって形成された複数のサンプルアセンブリにおける溶着接合部の複数の溶融層厚さを測定することと、
前記複数のサンプルアセンブリの溶着接合部における複数の破壊荷重を測定することと、
を含み、測定された前記複数の破壊荷重のそれぞれが、測定された前記複数の溶融層厚さのうちの1つに関連付けられおり、
前記方法はさらに、
測定された前記複数の破壊荷重のうちの第1の破壊荷重が所定の溶着強度に対応すると特定されたことに応じて、前記第1の破壊荷重を選択することと、
測定された前記複数の溶融層厚さのうち、選択された前記第1の測定された破壊荷重に関連付けられている第1の溶融層厚さを選択することと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であってさらに、第1のパーツと第2のパーツとを溶着して、選択された前記第1の溶融層厚さを有する溶着接合部を含む生産アセンブリを作成することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記所定の溶着強度は、前記複数のサンプルアセンブリの母材強度の約75%〜約100%の範囲内である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記所定の溶着強度は、前記複数のサンプルアセンブリの母材強度の少なくとも約80%である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記所定の溶着強度は、前記複数のサンプルアセンブリの母材強度に等しい、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記複数の破壊荷重を測定することは、前記複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくともいくつかの断面を切り出すことを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記複数の破壊荷重を測定することは、前記複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくともいくつかを引張試験することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記溶着プロセスはサーボ駆動式超音波溶着プロセスである、方法。
- 所定の溶着強度を有する溶着部を作成する方法であって、
第1の溶着プロセス設定の第1の値を用いて第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することと、
前記第1の溶着プロセス設定の第2の値を用いて第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することと、
を含み、前記第2の値は前記第1の値とは異なり、
上記方法はさらに、
前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部の第1の溶融層厚さ、および、前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部の第2の溶融層厚さを測定することと、
前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける第1の破壊荷重、および、前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける第2の破壊荷重を測定することと、
前記第1の破壊荷重が所定の溶着強度に対応すると特定されたことに応じて、前記第1の溶融層厚さと実質的に同じ溶融層厚さを有する溶着接合部を含む生産アセンブリを作成することと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記第1の溶着プロセス設定は、溶着速度、動的ホールド速度、または動的ホールド距離である、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することおよび前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することは、一定の振幅、一定のトリガー力、一定の溶融検知パーセンテージ、溶着速度、一定の静的ホールド時間、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを保つことを含む、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれが第1のパーツと第2のパーツとを含み、前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれが第1のパーツと第2のパーツとを含む、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって、前記所定の溶着強度は、前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれの前記第1のパーツの材料強度、前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれの前記第2のパーツの材料強度、前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれの前記第1のパーツの材料強度、前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリのそれぞれの前記第2のパーツの材料強度、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせに、等しいかまたはそれより大きい、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記第1の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することおよび前記第2の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することは、サーボ駆動式超音波溶着プロセスを用いることを含む、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であってさらに、
前記第1の溶着プロセス設定の前記第1の値と、第2の溶着プロセス設定の第1の値とを用いて第3の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することと、
前記第1の溶着プロセス設定の前記第1の値と、前記第2の溶着プロセス設定の第2の値とを用いて第4の複数のサンプルアセンブリを作成することと、
前記第3の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部の第3の溶融層厚さ、および、前記第4の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部の第4の溶融層厚さを測定することと、
前記第3の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部、および、前記第4の複数のサンプルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つにおける溶着接合部の、残留応力を測定することと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第1の溶着プロセス設定は溶着速度であり、前記第2の溶着プロセス設定は動的ホールド距離である、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法に従って製造された生産アセンブリ。
