Claims (10)
- 回転式変圧器であって、
ステータコアと、前記ステータコアに巻設された入力巻線及び出力巻線とを備え、前記ステータコアの内側壁に周方向に沿って複数のステータスロットが設けられ、前記ステータスロットの各々が前記ステータコアの2つの端面を連通することにより、任意の隣接する2つの前記ステータスロットの間にステータティースが形成されて、前記入力巻線及び前記出力巻線をそれぞれ巻設するステータと、
前記ステータコア内に嵌設されたロータコアを備えるロータと、を含み、
前記ステータコアの内側壁と前記ロータコアの外側壁との間にエアギャップが形成され、前記ロータが回転する時、前記エアギャップの長さδが、周方向に沿って前記ロータの機械的回転角θと3次高調波成分を含む正弦関数の関係を満たし、前記関数の関係に応じて周期的に変化して前記ロータコアの外形を規定する回転式変圧器。 - 前記入力巻線は、励磁巻線を含み、
前記出力巻線は、正弦巻線と余弦巻線とを含み、
前記正弦巻線と前記余弦巻線とがそれぞれ巻設されるように、任意の隣接する2つの前記励磁巻線の間に2つの前記ステータティースが間隔をおいて設けられる請求項1に記載の回転式変圧器。 - 任意の隣接する2つの前記励磁巻線のうちの一方が、両側に前記正弦巻線が巻設され、他方が両側に前記余弦巻線が巻設される請求項2に記載の回転式変圧器。
- 前記エアギャップの長さδは、前記ロータの機械的回転角θの1次正弦波成分分布及び3次正弦波成分分布の両方、即ちδ=f(cos(pθ)、cos(3pθ))を満たし、
ここで、pは前記回転式変圧器のロータ極対数である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の回転式変圧器。 - 各前記ステータティースにおける前記励磁巻線のコイル巻数は同一であり、
前記正弦巻線のコイル巻数は、前記余弦巻線のコイル巻数と同一である請求項2または3に記載の回転式変圧器。 - δmin=0.72mm、K=1.9、k=0.09、p=2である請求項6に記載の回転式変圧器。
- 前記ロータコアの軸孔の内側壁に位置規制溝が設けられる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の回転式変圧器。
- 前記ステータティースの数は、12の整数倍である請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の回転式変圧器。
- 前記ステータコアは、複数のケイ素鋼板を前記ロータコアの回転軸の軸方向に重ねて構成され、
前記ロータコアは、複数のケイ素鋼板を前記ロータコアの回転軸の軸方向に重ねて構成され、
前記ロータコアの両端の端面は、前記ステータコアの両端の端面から軸方向にそれぞれ突出して設けられる請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の回転式変圧器。
