Abstract
Description
本発明は、機械工学および建設、特に機械建設、たとえば自動車工学、移動住宅用車両の建設、航空機建設、鉄道車両および機関車の建設、船舶建設、機械建設、家具製造、玩具製造などの分野に関する。本発明は、より特定的には、コネクタ要素を収容対象物に固定する方法に関する。本発明はまた、当該方法を実行するための機械に関するとともに、コネクタ要素固定キットに関する。
自動車、航空機および他の産業において、鉄骨のみの構造をやめて、代わりに軽量材料を使用する傾向がある。
本発明の目的は、上述の問題の一部または全てを解決するかまたは少なくとも軽減することである。

図1aは、収容対象物に固定するためのコネクタ要素10を示す。コネクタ要素10は、コネクタインターフェイス14を備えた近位端12を有する。コネクタインターフェイス14は、図示される実施形態においては、雌型コネクタインターフェイスとして構成されており、雌ねじ16を備える。雌ねじ16はこれと噛合う外ねじが設けられたねじ(図示せず)と係合させられることとなる。コネクタ要素10はさらに、収容対象物の取付穴(図示せず)に挿入するための遠位端18を有する。コネクタ要素10は、ほぼ円筒形の本体20を有しており、当該円筒形状は、ねじ付きの雌型コネクタインターフェイス14の円筒形と同軸である。コネクタ要素10は、その遠位端18において、円周方向の遠位端側鍔部22を有する。遠位端側鍔部22は、本体20から、円筒形状の中心軸C1に対して径方向に延在している。遠位端側鍔部22の近位面24は、コネクタ要素の近位向き支持面として機能するとともに、遠位方向に傾斜しており、複数の径方向隆起部26によって規定される表面構造を有する。近位端12と遠位端18との間の中間領域において、コネクタ要素10は、本体20から中心軸C1に対して径方向に延在する円周方向の中間鍔部28を備える。近位端12において、コネクタ要素10は、遠位方向に向かって傾斜する円周肩部30を規定するように先細になっている。
− 第2に、遠位端側鍔部は、液化界面におけるスリーブの径方向延在部よりも小さい径方向延在部を有する。図22のスリーブと図21のコネクタ要素とを組立てた状態で、図21および図22と比べて上下逆の配置で示す図23を参照されたい。また、この特性(遠位端側鍔部の径方向延在部がより小さいこと)は、界面面積を小さくすることにより全体的な抵抗を低減させる効果と、鍔部を越えて材料を搬送することを可能にする特に径方向外側端縁のもつエネルギ指向効果とをもたらす。
Claims (28)
- 収容対象物にコネクタ要素を固定する方法であって、前記収容対象物は、第1の建築層と、前記第1の建築層の遠位側にあるインターライニング層とを含む軽量建築要素であり、前記第1の建築層は、前記インターライニング層よりも薄く、より高密度であり、前記収容対象物は、前記コネクタ要素を収容するための取付穴を備えており、前記取付穴は、前記第1の建築層を貫通するとともに前記インターライニング層内に延在するかまたは前記インターライニング層内を貫通して延在しており、前記コネクタ要素は遠位端および近位端を有し、前記方法は、
− 前記コネクタ要素の前記遠位端を、挿入軸に沿って挿入方向へと前記取付穴内に挿入するステップと、
− 熱可塑性材料を含むスリーブを前記取付穴に挿入するステップとを含み、前記スリーブは前記コネクタ要素を囲むこととなり、前記方法はさらに、
− 前記スリーブの遠位向き液化面を前記コネクタ要素の近位向き支持面に接触させるステップと、
− エネルギを伝達して、前記スリーブの前記熱可塑性材料のうち少なくとも流動部分を液化させ、前記液化面を前記支持面に押当てて、前記流動部分のうち少なくともごく一部を径方向外向きに流動させるステップと、
− 前記流動部分を再凝固させるステップとを含み、これにより、再凝固された前記流動部分が前記コネクタ要素を前記収容対象物に固定する、方法。 - 前記エネルギは機械エネルギ伝達によって伝達される、請求項1に記載の方法。
