Description
本発明は、機械工学および機械構築、特に家具の構築の分野の発明である。特に、本発明は、物体に接合要素を固定する方法、それに従った接合要素、およびこのような接合要素を備えるアセンブリに関する。
さまざまな部品間の接合部は、機械構築、たとえば家具業界における重要な問題である。このような接合部の多くは、接合すべき部品のうちの少なくとも1つに接合要素を備え、当該接合要素は、深く固定される部分(以下の本文では「固定部」)と、しばしば「ヘッド」と称される突出部とを有する。深く固定される部分は、たとえば部品にねじ込まれてもよく、ヘッドは、さらなる部品への接続を可能にするための手段を備え得る。この目的で、さらなる部品は、第1の部品の接合要素と協働する第2の接合要素を備え得る。
本発明の目的は、液体状態の熱可塑性材料が浸透可能な材料、特に多孔質材料、および/または、木材複合材料もしくは木材もしくは固体発泡体などの、静水圧を加えることによって孔を生成することができる材料、からなる物体に接合要素を固定する方法を提供することであり、当該方法は、物体を他の物体の方に押すためにヘッド部(突出部)が他の物体のメス構造と協働しなければならない上記の種類の接合要素に適している。
特に上記の種類の接合要素を設けるステップを備え、当該接合要素は、物体に深く固定するための固定部と、挿入軸に対して固定部の近位に配置されたヘッド部とを有し、当該ヘッド部は、外側側面、たとえばアンダーカットまたは別の部分とともに鍵穴機能に適したものにする他の構造を有する外側側面を有し、接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、当該方法はさらに、
固定部が物体の開口の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、物体に対して接合要素を配置するステップと、
遠位方向の方に接合要素を押し、同時に、熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツールによって機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えて、物体の構造への熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備え、
押すステップにおいて、ツールの外部結合面は、接合要素の近位端面に押し付けられ、外部結合面と近位端面との間にツールと接合要素との境界面が形成され、当該境界面は、ヘッド部の径方向の広がりよりも小さな径方向の広がりを有する。
特に、第2の下位群の実施形態では、ツールの外部結合面は、非平面であって、変形の制御を金型のような態様で可能にしてもよい。
特に上記の種類の接合要素を設けるステップを備え、当該接合要素は、物体に深く固定するための固定部と、挿入軸に対して固定部の近位に配置されたヘッド部とを有し、当該ヘッド部は、アンダーカットを備えた外側側面を有し、接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、当該方法はさらに、
固定部が物体の開口の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、物体に対して接合要素を配置するステップと、
遠位方向の方に接合要素を押し、同時に、熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツールによって機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えて、物体の構造への熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備え、
設けるステップにおいて、接合要素は、液化不可能な材料からなる近位に向いた結合面を備え、機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えるステップのために、ツールは、振動にさらされながら結合面に押し付けられる。

ポジティブフィット接続が結果として生じるような液化可能な部分の材料による液化不可能な部分の構造の相互浸透、のうちの少なくとも1つによって結合されてもよい。
特に上記の種類の接合要素を設けるステップを備え、当該接合要素は、物体に深く固定するための固定部と、挿入軸に対して固定部の近位に配置されたヘッド部とを有し、当該ヘッド部は、アンダーカットを備えた外側側面を有し、接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、ヘッド部は、近位側に開口した凹部を備え、当該方法はさらに、
固定部が物体の開口の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、物体に対して接合要素を配置し、ツールが凹部の中に達するような態様で接合要素に対してツールを位置決めするステップと、
ツールの外部結合面を接合要素の結合面に押し付け、接合要素の結合面は、凹部の面によって構成され、それによって遠位方向の方に接合要素を押し、同時に、熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツールによって機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えて、物体の構造への熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備える。
特に上記の種類の接合要素を設けるステップを備え、当該接合要素は、物体に深く固定するための固定部と、ヘッド部とを有し、当該固定部は、近位に向いた結合面を備え、当該ヘッド部は、アンダーカットを備えた外側側面を有し、接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、当該方法はさらに、
固定部が物体の開口の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、物体に対して接合要素を配置し、接合要素に対してツールを位置決めするステップと、
ツールの外部結合面を結合面に押し付け、それによって遠位方向の方に接合要素を押し、同時に、熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツールによって機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えて、物体の構造への熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備える。
特に、押してエネルギを加えるステップは、ヘッド部が物体から突き出る状態で、結合面が物体の表面と面一になるか、または当該表面よりも下になるまで実行されてもよい。
特に上記の種類の接合要素を設けるステップを備え、当該接合要素は、物体に深く固定するための固定部と、挿入軸に対して固定部の近位に配置されたヘッド部とを有し、当該ヘッド部は、外側側面、たとえばアンダーカットを備えた外側側面を有し、接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、当該方法はさらに、
固定部が物体の開口の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、物体に対して接合要素を配置するステップと、
遠位方向の方に接合要素を押し、同時に、熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツールによって機械的振動エネルギを接合要素に加えて、物体の構造への熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備え、
押すステップにおいて、少なくとも一部の時間の間、ヘッドの外側側面の少なくとも一部のネガティブに対応する形状を有する金型ツールは、ヘッドの外側側面に対して保持される。

接合要素は、少なくとも固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、以下の条件のうちの少なくとも1つが満たされ、当該条件は、
ヘッド部が、径方向の広がりがヘッド部の径方向の広がりよりも小さい近位突起を備えるという条件(条件A)と、
ヘッド部が、近位側に開口した凹部を備え、当該凹部が、ツールが凹部内で接合要素と係合して機械的振動を接合要素に加えるのに十分な幅を有し、その結果、ヘッド部の最外側面部が元の状態のままでありながら、固定部の表面付近の熱可塑性材料の当該部分が液化するという条件(条件B)と、
接合要素が、液化可能な部分と、液化不可能な部分とを備え、液化不可能な部分が、ツールによって機械的振動を接合要素に加えるための近位に向いた内部結合面を形成するという条件(条件C)と、
固定部が、固定部本体と、固定部本体から離れて遠位に向いた複数の突起とを備え、固定部本体が、ヘッド部の近傍に近位に向いた結合面を形成するという条件(条件D)とを含む。
ヘッド部が、近位端に開口した凹部を備え、当該凹部が、実質的にヘッド部全体を軸方向に貫通するという条件(第1の条件)、特にヘッド部全体を通って、場合によってはさらにヘッド部を越えてシャフト部の中に延在するという条件と、
固定部が、軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つの溝を備え、当該溝が、平均シャフト直径の少なくとも15%の深さを有するという条件(第2の条件)とを含む。
第2の局面の実施形態群では、シャフトの側面は、概して波状になっており、場合によっては起伏のピークにエネルギ誘導要素を有する。
このさらなる実施形態群では、接合要素は、溝に起因する材料の量の減少にもかかわらず、溝に平行な主軸に沿った方向に作用する負荷に対して実質的な機械的強度を有する一方、主軸に対して垂直な副軸に沿った機械的強度は、完全な円筒と比較して小さくなる。これは、溝の互い違いの配置がTバー(または複数Tバー)設計と同程度の効果をもたらすことに起因する。
図2aに示される接合要素1は、ヘッド部11と、固定部12とを備える。ヘッド部と固定部との間には、遠位に向いた肩部18が形成されており、当該肩部は、以下で説明する固定プロセスにおいて止め面の役割を果たす。
ソノトロード6を用いて、図2bに示されるように固定プロセスを実行する。ソノトロードの遠位結合面の形状は、接合要素の近位端面の形状に適合される。
Claims (12)
- 物体(2)に接合要素(1)を固定する方法であって、
接合要素(1)を設けるステップを備え、前記接合要素は、前記物体に深く固定するための固定部(12)と、前記固定部の近位のヘッド部(11)とを備え、前記ヘッド部は、明確に定義された構造を有する外側側面(13)を有し、前記接合要素は、少なくとも前記固定部の表面上に熱可塑性材料を備え、前記方法はさらに、
前記固定部が前記物体の開口(3)の中に達するか、またはその口部に隣接して設置されるような態様で、前記物体(2)に対して前記接合要素(1)を位置決めするステップと、
遠位方向の方に前記接合要素(1)を押し、同時に、前記熱可塑性材料の一部の液化に十分な量および時間でツール(6)によって機械的振動エネルギを前記接合要素に加えて、前記物体(2)の構造への前記熱可塑性材料の相互浸透を生じさせるステップとを備え、
