したがって、本発明の目的は、第1の物体に第2の物体を機械的に固定する方法を提供することであり、この方法は先行技術の方法の欠点を克服する。特に、本発明の目的は、第1の物体に第2の物体を機械的に固定して、機械的に安定しており、特にせん断力に耐える機械的接合を得、補強物を平坦な物体に固定することに対して好適な方法を提供することである。さらに、本発明の目的は、低コストで、効率的で迅速である可能性を有する、第2の物体を第1の物体に機械的に固定する方法を提供することである。
−取付面を含む第1の物体を提供するステップと、
−第2の物体に概して平坦なシート部分を設けるステップと、
−熱可塑性材料を固体状態で含むコネクタを提供するステップと、
−第1の物体に対して第2の物体を配置するステップとを備え、シート部分は取付面に当接し、シート部分の突出セクションが第1の物体の開口部内に延在し、開口部は取付面に口部を有し、突出セクションは口部を通って開口部内に延在し、前記方法はさらに、
−突出セクションが開口部内に延在している間に、コネクタが第1および第2の物体に対して配置され口部を通って開口部内に延在している間に、熱可塑性材料の流れ部分が流動可能となり第1の物体および突出セクションに対して流動するまで、エネルギをコネクタに衝突させるステップと、
−流れ部分を再凝固させるステップとを備え、
−凝固した流れ部分は、突出セクションを開口部に対して係止する。
−特定の横方向の流れを防止するが、別の横方向の流れを妨げない構造。例えば、第1の物体は、流れ部分が挿入軸から横方向/径方向に流れることができる複数の窓(開口部)を形成することができ、異なる方向に対する窓はサイズが等しくても異なっていてもよい。または、第2の物体は、一方向への流れを防止するが反対方向への流れを可能にする壁を形成してもよい(例えば、以下に説明する図6aおよび図13を参照)。
他の実施形態では、コネクタは、熱可塑性材料に加えて、非液化可能な材料からなる本体を含む。
本発明による方法の実施形態に好適な機械的振動または周期的振動は、好ましくは2〜200kHz(さらに好ましくは10〜100kHz、または20〜40kHz)の周波数と、活性表面の平方ミリメートル当たり0.2〜20Wの振動エネルギとを有する。振動工具(例えば、ソノトロード)は、例えば、その接触面が主に工具軸方向に振動し(縦振動)、1μmと100μmとの間、好ましくは30μm〜60μm付近の振幅で振動するように設計されている。このような好ましい振動は、例えば、超音波溶接から公知の例えば超音波装置によって生成される。
以下、図面を参照して本発明および実施形態を実施する方法を説明する。おそらく写真を除いて、図面は模式的である。図面において、同じ参照番号は、同一または類似の要素を指す。
図1aの構成は、第1の構築層11、第2の構築層12、および構築層間の芯地13を有するサンドイッチボードである第1の物体1を含む。第1および第2の構築層は、連続ガラスまたは連続炭素繊維強化樹脂のような繊維複合材を含むことができる。芯地は、例えば、厚紙のハニカム構造のような、任意の好適な軽量材料であってもよい。付加的な接着剤で、構築層11,12を芯地に接合してもよい。一例では、ポリウレタン系のわずかに発泡する接着剤が使用される。接着剤中の考えられ得る細孔は、本発明の様々な実施形態における固定に寄与し得る。図示された向きにおいて上面である面が第2の物体2のための取付面として機能する。
金属体、例えば金属コア(または非液化可能な他の材料のコア/本体)は、図7に示すような図6a/6bの構成だけでなく、説明および図示したすべての実施形態を含む、本発明の範囲内に入るすべての構成に対して存在するオプションである。
Claims (36)
- 第1の物体に第2の物体を固定する方法であって、
−取付面を含む前記第1の物体を提供するステップと、
−前記第2の物体に概して平坦なシート部分を設けるステップと、
−熱可塑性材料を固体状態で含むコネクタを提供するステップと、
−前記第1の物体に対して前記第2の物体を配置するステップとを備え、前記シート部分は前記取付面に当接し、前記シート部分の突出セクションが前記第1の物体の開口部内に延在し、前記開口部は前記取付面に口部を有し、前記突出セクションは前記口部を通って前記開口部内に延在し、前記方法はさらに、
−前記突出セクションが前記開口部内に延在している間に、前記コネクタが前記第1および第2の物体に対して配置され前記口部を通って前記開口部内に延在している間に、前記熱可塑性材料の流れ部分が流動可能となり、前記第1の物体および前記突出セクションに対して流動するまで、エネルギを前記コネクタに衝突させるステップと、
−前記流れ部分を再凝固させるステップとを備え、
−前記凝固した流れ部分は、前記突出セクションを前記開口部に対して係止する、方法。 - 前記配置するステップの前に前記開口部を形成するさらなるステップを備えるか、または予め形成された開口部を用いるステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記開口部は、前記第1の物体に対して前記第2の物体を配置するステップによって、または前記コネクタを前記第1および第2の物体に対して配置することによって、少なくとも部分的に形成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記突出セクションは、前記シート部分と一体の変形部分であり、前記シート部分の対応する部分を変形させてシート部分表面から遠位側に突出させて形成する、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記突出セクションは、前記シート部分から遠ざかるように折り曲げられる1つ以上のタブを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記突出セクションは、前記シート部分から遠ざかるようにループ状である閉じられた弓状部を含む、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の物体は、前記突出セクションの近傍に第2の物体開口部を含み、前記コネクタは前記第2の物体開口部を通って前記第1の物体の前記開口部内に到達し、それによって前記突出セクションと接触状態にあることが可能である、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギは機械的振動エネルギである、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは、カップリングイン(coupling−in)構造を含み、前記方法は、エネルギを衝突させる前記ステップの間に前記カップリングイン構造に対して振動するソノトロードを押圧するステップを備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記カップリングイン構造は、近位側を向くカップリングイン面を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の物体はエネルギ方向付け部を含み、前記コネクタが前記第1および第2の物体に対して配置されている間に前記コネクタにエネルギを衝突させるステップにおいて、前記コネクタは、前記エネルギ方向付け部と物理的に接触している、請求項8〜10の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ方向付け部は、前記第2の物体の変形部分である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ方向付け部は、前記突出セクションに位置し、前記突出セクションに属する、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体は、前記熱可塑性材料によって浸透可能な部分を含み、前記流れ部分を流動させるステップは、前記流れ部分の材料を前記浸透可能な部分に浸透させるステップを含み、これにより、再凝固後に、前記コネクタと前記第1の物体との間の確実な嵌め合い(positive−fit)接続が達成される、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記流れ部分を流動させるステップは、前記流れ部分の材料を、前記取付面を含む前記第1の物体の構築層の遠位側に流動させるステップを含む、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の物体の前記シート部分は金属シートを含む、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体は、近位の外側構築層と、遠位の外側構築層と、前記構築層間の芯地とを含むサンドイッチボードを含み、前記芯地は前記近位および遠位の構築層の材料よりも柔らかいおよび/または軽量である材料からなる、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギを衝突させるステップ中に、前記コネクタの遠位端を前記遠位構築層の内面に押し付けるステップを備える、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記流れ部分を流動させるステップは、流動性材料を前記遠位構築層の構造および/または前記遠位構築層のすぐ近位側の構造内に浸透させるステップを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体は、金属シートまたは寸法的に剛性の層からなる積層体である、請求項1から16の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体の一部を変形させて第1の物体突出セクションを形成するステップを備え、前記第1の物体突出セクションは、第1の物体シート表面から遠位側に突出している、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記一部が変形型に当接するまで前記一部を変形工具によって遠位側に押し付けることによって前記一部を変形させるステップを備える、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記変形工具もしくは前記変形型またはその両方は、打ち抜き縁部を備える、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体の前記一部を変形させると同時に前記第2の物体の一部を変形させて前記突出セクションを形成するステップを備える、請求項21〜23の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 変形のためにソノトロードを使用するステップを備える、請求項21〜24の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは前記熱可塑性材料からなる、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは、前記熱可塑性材料に加えて、非液化可能な材料の本体を含む、請求項1〜25の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記流れ部分を配置して流動させるステップは、前記流れ部分を再凝固させるステップの間に、前記本体が前記取付面と前記シート部分との間でせん断面を通って延在するように行われる、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは、シャフト部分と、その近位側にある近位側頭部とを含み、前記近位側頭部の遠位側に面する当接面が、前記流れ部分を再凝固させた後に、前記開口部の周りの領域において前記シート部分の近位面に対して当接する、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記流れ部分を流動させるステップは、前記突出セクションの少なくとも一部を前記流れ部分の材料に埋め込ませるステップを含む、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記突出セクションは、前記コネクタのシャフト部分を前記開口部に導入することに対して少なくともいくらかの抵抗を与えるような形状である、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記流れ部分は250℃以下の液化温度を有する、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の物体が前記第1の物体に対して配置されている間に前記第2の物体の一部を押圧力によって変形させることにより前記突出セクションを形成するステップを備える、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の物体の前記突出セクションを前記第1の物体の表面に押し付けることによって前記第1の物体の前記開口部を形成することを備える、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは、略平坦な、遠位側に面する当接面を有する主本体と、前記主本体から遠位側に突出する突出部分とを有する、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは熱可塑性シート部分を有し、前記方法は、前記シート部分の材料を遠位側へと前記開口部内に押し込む押圧力によって前記熱可塑性シート部分を変形させるステップを備える、先行する請求項の任意の1つに記載の方法。
