Abstract
Description
本発明は、機械工学および構造、特に機械構造、例えば自動車工学、航空機構造、造船、機械構造、家具製造、玩具構造などの分野に関する。特に、本発明は、コネクタを第1の物体内に(機械的に)固定する方法に関する。
自動車、航空、および他の産業においては、鋼のみの構造から離れ、代わりに軽量材料を使用する傾向になってきている。同様に、家具産業において、無垢材および加工木材が軽量要素に置き換えられることが増えている。
新しい材料は、物体をこれらの材料の要素に接合する際に新たな課題をもたらす。
コネクタを第1の物体と物理的に接触させるステップと、
コネクタの熱可塑性材料の流動部分が流動可能になり、第1の物体に対して流動するまで、近位回転軸を中心にコネクタを第1の物体に対して回転させ、コネクタによって第1の物体に相対力を及ぼすステップと、
コネクタの回転を停止させるステップであって、結果、流動部分がコネクタを第1の物体に対して固定する、停止させるステップと
を含み、以下の条件、すなわち、
A.コネクタの最遠位端が近位回転軸上の接点とは異なるように、コネクタが成形されること、
B.コネクタが、回転中に第1の物体に対して圧迫される位置に巨視的な表面粗さを有すること、
C.コネクタが、熱可塑性材料とは異なる第2の材料の一部分を含み、上記第2の材料が固体であり、(工程中に)流動性にならず、上記部分が、遠位端まで延伸するか、または軸に垂直な中央平面を通って延伸する、または両方で延伸すること、
D.回転ステップ中、コネクタが軌道運動を受けること、
E.コネクタが、内側部分と、遠位に面する接続突起を有する近位接続部分とを有し、回転ステップ中、接続突起が、第1の物体の近位に面する端面に対して圧迫され、内側部分の表面部分が、近位に面する端面の(遠位方向において)下にある第1の物体構造に対して圧迫されること、
F.第1の物体が、繊維または発泡材料の構造を含み、流動部分が、それぞれ、繊維の構造または発泡材料の細孔に流されること
のうちの少なくとも1つが満たされる。
相対力を及ぼすステップは、特に、コネクタまたは少なくともその遠位部分を第1の物体内に前進させることができる。
例えば円形の隆起によって形成される遠位縁部によって形成される円形接触線、
鋸歯構造、
円周とは別様に延伸する縁部、
例えば円形またはリング状領域などの研磨領域、
スリーブ状部分(チューブ部分)が本体から遠位方向に延伸する中空スリーブ状遠位端であって、実施形態におけるそのような本体は、ヘッド部分を形成することができる、中空スリーブ状遠位端、
条件Cの意味での第2の材料からの切断/打ち抜き構造
のうちの1つを形成することができる。
第1の物体の、例えばその芯地の、繊維間の空間の、および/または、第1の物体がフォームを含む場合は細孔の流動部分の相互貫入構造であって、流動部分の再固化後にポジティブフィット接続が生じる、相互貫入構造、
第1の物体の材料とコネクタの材料との間の溶接
のうちの1つまたは複数に起因し得る。この場合、(摩擦に起因する)機械的回転エネルギーの吸収はまた、第1の物体の材料の一部を流動可能にする。
コネクタを第1の物体と物理的に接触させるステップと、
コネクタの熱可塑性材料の流動部分が流動可能になり、第1の物体に対して流動するまで、近位回転軸を中心にコネクタを第1の物体に対して回転させ、コネクタによって第1の物体に相対力を及ぼすステップと、
コネクタの回転を停止させるステップであって、結果、流動部分がコネクタを第1の物体に対して固定する、停止させるステップと
を含み、
工程は、相対力を監視することを含み、コネクタの回転を停止させるステップは、押圧力に関する所定の条件が満たされたとき、例えば押圧力が閾値を超えたときに実行される。
回転および/または相対的な力の作用によって、芯地層に対して第1の構築層の一部を変位させ、および/または、コネクタが第1の物体と物理的に接触している位置(取り付け位置)または当該位置の近傍において相対力が加えられる結果として第1の外側構築層が貫通されるようにするステップと
を含むことができる。
本明細書において、用語「近位」および「遠位」は、方向および位置を指すために使用され、すなわち、「近位」は、そこから操作者または機械が動作する接合の側であり、一方、遠位はその反対側である。本明細書における近位側のコネクタの広がりは「ヘッド部分」と呼ばれ、一方、遠位側の広がりは「足部」になる。
図1の構成は、第1の構築層11、第2の構築層12、および構築層間の芯地13を有するサンドイッチボードである第1の物体1を含む。第1の構築層および第2の構築層は、連続ガラスまたは連続炭素繊維強化樹脂などの繊維複合材を含んでもよい。芯地は、任意の適切な軽量材料、例えば、ハニカム構造の厚紙、プラスチック材料または複合材料であってもよい。
回転の開始前に、コネクタは、軸方向の動きによって第1の物体1の材料に押し込まれ得る。結果、局所的に、固定部分(複数可)の位置において、繊維構造が圧縮されて、図20に概略的に示す圧縮部分102が生じる。これは、第1の物体1の材料と固定部分(複数可)の熱可塑性材料との間の摩擦が強化され、エネルギー吸収を強化すると同時に、回転運動において引っ張られているに過ぎない繊維に対する抵抗も強化されるという点で、固定過程を支援することができることが分かっている。
Claims (23)
- コネクタを第1の物体に固定する方法であって、前記コネクタは、固体状態の熱可塑性材料を含み、前記方法は、
前記コネクタを前記第1の物体と物理的に接触させるステップと、
前記コネクタの熱可塑性材料の流動部分が流動可能になり、前記第1の物体に対して流動するまで、近位回転軸を中心に前記コネクタを前記第1の物体に対して回転させ、前記コネクタによって前記第1の物体に相対力を及ぼすステップと、
前記コネクタの回転を停止させるステップであって、結果、前記流動部分が前記コネクタを前記第1の物体に対して固定する、停止させるステップと
を含み、以下の条件、すなわち、
A.前記コネクタの最遠位端が前記近位回転軸上の接点とは異なるように、前記コネクタが成形されること、
B.前記コネクタの一部分が、巨視的な表面粗さを有すること、
C.前記コネクタが、前記熱可塑性材料とは異なる第2の材料の一部分を含み、前記第2の材料が固体であり、流動性にならず、前記部分が、前記遠位端まで延伸するか、または前記軸に垂直な中央平面を通って延伸する、または両方で延伸すること、
D.前記回転ステップ中、前記コネクタが軌道運動を受けること、
E.前記コネクタが、内側部分と、遠位に面する接続突起を有する近位接続部分とを有し、前記回転ステップ中、前記接続突起が、前記第1の物体の近位に面する端面に対して圧迫され、前記内側部分の表面部分が、前記近位に面する端面の遠位方向において第1の物体構造に対して圧迫されること、
F.前記第1の物体が、繊維または発泡材料の構造を含み、前記流動部分が、それぞれ、前記繊維の構造または前記発泡材料の細孔に流されること
のうちの少なくとも1つが満たされる、方法。 - 前記相対力が押圧力である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、前記第1の物体の、前記流動部分が流れる領域は、非液化可能材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Aが満たされ、前記最遠位端が、
円形接触線、
鋸歯構造、
円周とは別様に延伸する縁部、
研磨領域、
中空スリーブ状遠位端、
前記第2の材料の切断/打ち抜き構造
のうちの1つを形成する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも条件Aが満たされ、前記方法は、前記コネクタを回転させる前に、および/または、前記コネクタが回転されている間の初期回転段階において、前記第1の物体の最外層の一部分を打ち抜くステップを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Bが満たされ、前記遠位端面部分の算術平均表面粗さが少なくとも20μmである、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Bが満たされ、前記コネクタの少なくとも遠位端面部分が巨視的な表面粗さを有する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Cが満たされ、前記非液化可能材料が遠位切断/打ち抜きおよび/または材料除去特徴部を形成する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記相対力を及ぼすステップ中に、前記非液化可能材料の本体を、前記熱可塑性材料に対して後退させるステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体は、第1の構築層および芯地層を有する軽量構築要素であり、前記第1の構築層は、前記芯地層よりも薄く、密度が高い、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物体は、第2の構築層をさらに含み、前記第2の構築層は、前記芯地層よりも薄く、密度が高い、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記回転および/または前記相対力の作用により、前記第1の構築層の一部分を前記芯地層に対して変位させるステップをさらに含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記相対力を加えて前記第1の構築層の一部分を変位させるステップは、前記部分を遠位方向に変位させるステップであって、結果、前記部分の遠位側の前記芯地の材料が圧縮される、変位させるステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の押圧力の効果によって、前記部分を打ち抜くステップを含む、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタが前記第1の物体と物理的に接触している位置または前記位置の近傍において、前記相対力が加えられる結果として、前記第1の外側構築層が貫通される、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Eが満たされ、前記接続部分が前記内側部分から半径方向外向きに延伸する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接続部分は、前記内側部分から半径方向外向きに延伸するフランジであり、前記固定部分は、前記フランジから遠位方向に延伸する周方向隆起である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Fが満たされ、前記第1の物体の前記材料が不織繊維材料である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも条件Fが満たされ、前記回転の開始前に前記コネクタが前記第1の物体内に押し込まれる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタが、近位に向かって連続的に増大する断面を有する領域であり、前記回転させるステップ中、前記領域が前記第1の物体に押し込まれる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記領域は、リブおよび溝の構造を有する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタが脆弱化特徴部を有し、前記回転させるステップが、前記流動部分の半径方向外側に向かう流れを強化するために、前記コネクタが前記脆弱化特徴部の位置において崩壊するまで実行される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法において使用可能なコネクタであって、前記コネクタは、軸を有し、固体状態の熱可塑性材料を含み、前記コネクタは、回転対称ではなく、前記コネクタを前記軸を中心とした回転に設定するために、回転ツールと協働するために装備される近位係合構造を備え、以下の条件、
A.前記コネクタが、前記コネクタの最遠位端が前記近位回転軸上の接点とは異なるように成形されること、
B.前記コネクタが巨視的な表面粗さを有すること、
C.前記コネクタが、熱可塑性材料とは異なる第2の材料の一部分を含み、前記第2の材料が固体であり、(工程中に)流動可能にならず、前記部分が、前記遠位端まで延伸するか、または前記軸に垂直な中央平面を通って延伸するか、または、両方で延伸すること、
E.前記コネクタが、内側部分と、遠位に面する接続突起を有する近位接続部分とを有すること
のうちの少なくとも1つが満たされる、コネクタ。
