Abstract
Description

Claims (22)
- ガスタービンエンジンのためのファンコンテインメントアレンジメントのためのファントラックライナーまたはファントラックライナープリフォームを製造する方法であって、
付加製造装置により、互いに一体化された発泡衝撃構造体と支持サブラミネートとを形成するため繊維補強ポリマー材料を回転マンドレル上に堆積させること、を含む方法。 - ガスタービンエンジンのためのファンコンテインメントアレンジメントのためのファントラックライナーまたはファントラックライナープリフォームを製造する方法であって、
互いに一体化された繊発泡衝撃構造体と支持サブラミネートとを形成するため、付加製造装置により、ファンコンテインメントケーシングまたはファンコンテインメントケーシングプリフォームの内方表面、例えば、ファンコンテインメントケーシングまたはファンコンテインメントプリフォームの接着剤が塗布された内方表面に繊維補強ポリマー材料を堆積させること、および、オプションで、存在する場合には、前記ファントラックライナープリフォームおよび/または前記ファンコンテインメントケーシングプリフォームを硬化すること、を含む方法。 - 前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームのためのデジタルモデルを提供または製作すること、および繊維補強ポリマー材料を堆積させて前記発泡衝撃構造体および前記支持サブラミネートを形成するために前記デジタルモデルを使用して前記付加製造装置を制御すること、をさらに含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記回転マンドレル上に形成された前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの周囲にファンコンテインメントケーシングプリフォームをレイアップすること、および前記ファンコンテインメントケーシングプリフォームを硬化することおよびオプションで、存在する場合には、前記ファントラックライナープリフォームを硬化すること、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強ポリマー材料を堆積させることは、前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの第1の部分を形成するために繊維補強ポリマー材料を堆積させることを含み、
前記方法は、織られた補強繊維層と補強繊維フェルトの層を適用することで前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの前記第1の部分に弾道バリア層を形成すること、および前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの第2の部分を形成するために、付加製造装置によって、前記弾道バリア層の上および周囲に繊維補強ポリマー材料を堆積させ、それにより前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間で前記弾道バリア層を包みこむこと、およびオプションで、前記ファントラックライナープリフォームを硬化すること、をさらに含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 - ガスタービンエンジンのためのファンコンテインメントアレンジメントのためのファントラックライナーであって、

前記ファントラックライナーは織られた補強繊維層と補強繊維フェルトの層を含む弾道バリアをさらに含む、ファントラックライナー。 - 前記発泡衝撃構造体はハニカム構造である、請求項6に記載のファントラックライナー。
- 前記発泡衝撃構造体と前記支持サブラミネートとが付加製造によって互いに一体的に形成されている、請求項6または7に記載ファントラックライナー。
- 繊維補強ポリマー材料が、炭素、アラミドポリマー、超高分子量ポリエチレン、PBOの1以上からなる補強繊維を含む、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載ファントラックライナー。
- 支持サブラミネートによって形成された隔壁層で互いに離間した2つの発泡衝撃構造を備え、かつ、オプションで、異なるセル密度を有する2つの発泡衝撃構造を備える請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載ファントラックライナー。
- 2つの支持フェースシートサブラミネートを含み、
前記2つの支持フェースシートサブラミネートの一方は、前記ファントラックライナーの内方面を形成し、
前記2つの支持フェースシートサブラミネートの他方は、前記ファントラックライナーの外方面を形成し、それにより前記発泡衝撃構造が前記2つの支持フェースシートサブラミネートの間に配置されているサンドイッチ構造を形成する請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載のファントラックライナー。 - ガスタービンエンジンのためのファンコンテインメントアレンジメントであって、
ファンコンテインメントケーシングおよび請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の前記ファントラックライナーを備えるファンコンテインメントアレンジメント。 - 請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の前記ファントラックライナーのためのデジタルデザインモデル。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の前記方法を前記付加製造装置に実行させる、および/または請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の前記ファントラックライナーを生産させるための命令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項13に記載の前記デジタルデザインモデルおよび/または請求項14に記載の前記コンピュータプログラムを記憶するコンピュータ読み取り可能な非一時的媒体。
- 請求項13に記載のデジタルデザインモデルおよび/または請求項14に記載のコンピュータプログラムを伝送するデータキャリア信号。
- ガスタービンエンジンのためのファンコンテインメントアレンジメントのためのファントラックライナーであって、
織られた補強繊維層と補強繊維フェルトの層を含む埋め込み弾道バリアを備え、オプションで、前記織られた補強繊維層が前記補強繊維フェルトの層の外側に提供されているファントラックライナー。 - 発泡衝撃構造体をさらに含む、請求項17に記載のファントラックライナー。
- 前記弾道バリアを含む隔壁層によって互いに離間された2つの発泡衝撃構造体をさらに備える、請求項18に記載のファントラックライナー。

ファントラックライナーまたはファントラックライナープリフォームの第1の部分を形成するために繊維補強ポリマー材料を、例えば付加製造装置によって、堆積させること、
織られた補強繊維層と補強繊維フェルトの層を適用することで弾道バリア層を前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの前記第1の部分に形成すること、および、前記ファイントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの第2の部分を形成するために繊維補強ポリマー材料を、例えば付加製造装置によって、前記弾道バリア層の上および周囲に堆積させ、それにより前記ファントラックライナーまたは前記ファントラックライナープリフォームの前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間で前記弾道バリア層を包みこむこと、を含み、かつ、オプションで、ファントラックライナープリフォームを硬化すること、を含む方法。
